The elevator was not working and the other one was making awful sounds. It also made it difficult to leave because of all the people using the elevator.

This hotel is in desperate need of remodeling and a deep cleaning. The lobby floors were quite dirty, there was gum on the wall of one of the elevators. The elevators didn't work properly and would stop at the wrong floor. The furniture in our room was falling apart, the ceiling looked like someone took a paint roller and tried to cover parts up but they used tan paint. The carpet looked filthy. The bathroom floor was so dirty, I wouldn't stand on the bare floor. The shower didn't drain so was ankle deep before exiting. The ceiling above the shower was bubbled up and the air vent was all rusted out. All in all, I'm surprised Radisson even has their name on the building. As for the exterior, it looked delipidated. Trim was missing off the building and loos very run down.

Friendly, helpful staff. The bathroom had some dirt on the floor.

However, the hotel is old and tired and maybe needs to be replaced. The exterior facade is crumbling, the elevators struggle, the pie-wedge shaped rooms are awkward, and it is just far past its prime

The photos were definitely deceiving. The hot tub was broken, one of the elevators was broken. We had to take stairs from the 10th floor. Lots of weed smell, dingy lighting, outdated atmosphere. Everyone we talked to was having a poor experience as well with this hotel and with the staff not being helpful with their issues. The only saving grace was that the actual room was clean and fairly updated. Thin walls. If we had brought our kids, we would not have stayed.

Couldn’t get breakfast at 7:00 when they said they were open. The cook hadn’t showed up yet.

Alright place to stay for convenience to the freeway and downtown locations. Rotating restaurant is fun and a Duluth staple. Overall the hotel is getting a little tired. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful.

Harbor 360 was not open at 7:00, kinda messed up our morning since we had to be somewhere at 8:30

I would stay here again if needed, but I would probably look at other options first. The hotel has a lot of potential—it offers a great location, beautiful views, and a good restaurant—but it would greatly benefit from better maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

I was told by staff the hot tub was basically shot with no plans to repair it, so then that leaves a slightly chilly pool. The weight room was basic but useful. There isn’t enough space for more than three or four people bumping into each other. The TV in the room we were in was ancient. It barely worked, but okay not the reason I come to Duluth and prob better without it. The price and central location are the reason to stay here, not the luxury or comfort, especially as Duluth can be quite pricey in Canal Park and east Duluth.

The entire hotel smelled like pot for all of our two day stay. The elevators are very sketchy, and one was broken on and off for both nights. The stairs were especially full of pot smell. Rooms need to be updated. There was no housekeeping service and we did not know until we got back to our room at the end of the day with no clean towels. This could be such a great hotel. The location is excellent.

Been staying there since I was a kid. The restaurant looks great and has a very cool vibe. Room was clean and comfortable and parking very accessible. Staff was great. Watching the view from the restaurant while you rotate around is a must while you dine.

Convenient location with easy access to Canal Park & the downtown area. Comfortable, clean room.

We had a premium room with the Harborview, but there were no chairs in our room. When we asked for one to be delivered, it took a few hours and it was an armless Jetson style chair that had a big tear in it. Tough to enjoy the room, when there’s no place to sit other than on the bed.

    Nice 360 restaurant.

The Radisson is an older building that is conveniently located in downtown Duluth. It’s age is showing but it is definitely the best value and a great location if you want to stay in Duluth.

The room.was clean but nothing special. Our issues were that the area where the room was located stunk of heavy pot. Our room was on the 4th floor and the ice machine didn't work. We ended up.on the 15th floor for ice. We went back up to get more and it was unavailable. When we contacted the desk we were told to try other floor. The ac unit sounded like a plane engine. So either be too hot or listen to that noise. Pretty disappointing for what we paid. I would avoid this hotel.

I would stay again and again. The restaurant on the 16th floor was incredible. The food was good and reasonable. The views were spectacular!
