The Suites Hotel at Waterfront Plaza

Hotel is a renovated wharehouse. Cool story, and the bedroom was nice. But we were traveling with our grandson and booked a room with a sofa sleeper but had no bedding for it. The mattress had urine stains and the thermostat didn't work. The room stayed at 75, which was a bit much. Front desk brought the bedding up pretty fast. Didn't sleep well because that so missed breakfast. Not the experience we were hoping for

The hotel was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The curtain in the bedroom wouldn't close so it was very bright in the room by 5:30 am, the TV was also disconnected in the bedroom and the overhead light in the bedroom didn't work. For $300/night I would have expected more.

Loved the area. Room was large and had a full kitchen.

Perfectly situated near AMSOIL Arena, great shops, restaurants, shoreline biking and walking. Immaculate, great vibe. Loved it!

I would stay here again for the convenience of being in canal park and the hotel parking across the street. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The Bed was comfortable & everything was spacious. The hot tub was not working during our stay. We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast.

AC worked, but not well. Room was cool but very humid. Property has amazing character and a very industrial feel. Bed was comfortable, room was enormous.

The property displayed it's age. The room I used had nice space, however it was dark and the facility showed it's age.

Hair in the shower, not really clean. You feel like you're in a factory even in the rooms. TV was really small. Carpets were gross and out of date. Hot tub didnt work.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and the location is perfect! The only complaint is that our room wasn't ready until 5:45pm.

Great location. Room sizes are great, even though we didn’t have a window. Accept dogs, which is a requirement for us. Very happy with our experience!

Very accommodating. Very nice staff. Asked for an extra blanket and had it within 5 minutes. Will be staying here again.

The internet does not connect to apple products, staff doesn’t care. Breakfast was pretty awful. The room was okay but the shower soap was empty

Location. It was nice to not have to pay for parking while visiting Canal Park.

Hotel was clean. Nice location, close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly.
