As always our stay was great! The suites Lake side have a glorious view at any time of the day. Comfortable bed in a CLEAN room.
-
Absolutely loved it!! We will be back for sure!!!
-
Location, great stuff. The beds were very uncomfortable!
-
Excellent as always!!
-
Clean room and lobby. Right next to the lake for the views.

The room we bought on Expedia was not the room we were given. Apparently there are 2 room layouts for the King Executive Suite. The one shown on Expedia has the king bed in a separate room and that’s not what we were given. Also there were bugs in our room, weevils I think. The main desk staff offered to switch us to a double queen room but didn’t offer room service or to even come down to investigate. We chose to stick it out given the other options but the manager compensated us well at the end of our trip for these issues. Even with that I would not stay here again.

The location was in the middle of everything by the canal. The breakfast was really good variety of food. The room above us was very loud. I didn't see when quite time was for the hotel

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable.

Went for a much needed getaway. Check in was quick and pleasant. Room and. Balcony was great for watching the water, boats, lift bridge, and close to everything. Excellent soundproofing for neighbors, nightlife, and sleeping. Room spacious and enjoyable. Breakfast definitely a plus for travelers. Location and parking very good.

Location is great, the lake view is beautiful. We could walk around the boardwalk to see the sights but also in the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. There was a lot of parking so it was nice not having to pay any parking fees. Breakfast was good with lots of food options and had many tables. Breakfast had things like eggs, meat like sausages or ham, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, milk, juice, etc. Coffee, tea, and water were available all day and night in the lobby. Very comfy place. Nothing, everything was great.
-
Loved the proximity to the boardwalk and everything in canal Park plus Park Point Beach The old grouchy staff lady with the white hair in the breakfast lobby as she kept muttering negativity toward my kids as we grabbed our breakfast.

Was good fun place.

Room very clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety.

I would prefer fresh berries and cut up fruit. I would also prefer small healthy fresh baked muffins.

For $500 for one (!) night totally disgusted with this hotel. Compared to the stay in May 2026, this stay was absolutely horrible. The young girl at the front desk when I went to check in at 2:45 was totally unfriendly and was completely uninterested in being there. The room wasn’t ready and instead of apologizing and explaining how she understood the frustration and offering to hold our bags and suggesting ways to wait and saying we have coffee or water to drink and that she’d let us know immediately when it was ready, she’s like oh well that’s on you to find out and come back. The room itself absolutely reeked of bleach which never went away which was so unpleasant. Then the breakfast was the absolute worst. 7 am open and nothing was ready until 7:10. Exactly 2 people working and the coffee was empty at 6:45. Prisons don’t even serve the slop they had, mystery meat advertised as ham (?) was like rubber and inedible. Just a horrible horrible excuse for a breakfast for $500!!! Do not stay here unless you’re homeless. Worst place with uninterested workers who don’t care! Will let everyone we know not to stay here.

Great access to walking on the boardwalk lakeside. Many shops and restaurants across the street. Shops are not kid friendly in the sense that they are packed full of product. You cannot imagine how stuffed each shop is until you have visited. Canal Park and downtown are within a mile of eachother and walkable. The Zoo, Aquarium, and train are a short drive. Enjoy Duluth.
