This place itself is amazing! It's expensive, but the views of the canal and watching ships come in right from your Jacuzzi is amazing. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and there's plenty of pillows. Including for the patio chairs. The young lady that checked us in was super helpful, very professional and polite. The guy that was there in the morning for their "breakfast" was very short, and condesending. When one of the other patrons asked for him to switch out the coffee he slammed everything around, and changed the entire vibe in the small dining area. Now as for the breakfast, it was okay, for a 350 a night spot it definitely could have had some warm option other than toast/bagels. But the Duluth bread offerings are good, don't get me wrong. Apart from the morning guy it was an amazing trip for my wife and I.

Friendly staff. I had insect bites and the fellow behind the desk gave me some "insect bite relief pads" from your 1st aid kit which helped. That was so nice of him.

Limited breakfast and the pillows are too soft. The hotel is very nice and having a balcony on the canal meant for a relaxing evening watching the ships come through the bridge. Would definitely stay there again but would bring my own pillow.

What a treasure we discovered when we checked into this hotel. Our room was so very comfortable with a nice porch where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. Everything in the town is within close walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was nice, nothing fancy but certainly enough to start our day well. The staff could not have been more accommodating. I left my headphones in the room and they contacted me to let me know. They were helpful in making sure I got them back. I would highly recommend this Inn for a fun getaway to Duluth! It was a great stay. There was nothing I didn’t like.
