Our room was clean, the bed was not that comfortable for me, but my husband didn't complain. Breakfast was typical. Nice facility.

The hotel was in an excellent location with a view of the harbor and the lift bridge. It is an easy walk across the lift bridge to Canal Park with restaurants and museums like the William A Irvin Ore ship and the Great Lakes Aquarium. The Lake Walk along Lake Superior is a must. The hotel had everything we needed and an excellent breakfast buffet.

The location was great with a view of the harbor and the lift bridge from the room. It was a short walk across the lift bridge to Canal Park and good food, museums, and shopping. We went to the Great Lakes Aquarium, the William A Irvin ore ship museum and walked along Lake Superior. The buffet breakfast was great and everything was clean. This was a wonderful place to stay.

I love this hotel, I stay here often for work!
-
Very nice hotel with great harbor views. Excellent breakfast! We did find a sippy cup with old milk that had rolled under the ac unit, but otherwise it was very clean.

The room and hotel were so clean!! The breakfast was large and had tons of options!
-
As much as we paid, and reputation, it wasnt as clean as should have been.

Only feedback is that the pillows are pretty terrible. I would bring your own from home. But the front desk was nice enough to keep me an extra one so I could stack them up. If that’s my biggest complaint, I’d consider it a good experience.

Great harbor view, walking over lift bridge to lake walk was convenient

Honestly nothing The fridge was extremely small with no freezer area, and it did not stay cold. I requested a fan while booking and the front desk gal gave me a fan that was so full of thick dust we couldn’t even use it. The breakfast was not good at all and never changed any items, no hot tub, the tv and remote advertised be streaming but it didn’t work and when I called down to the front desk to find out if someone could help she said “bring me down the remote and I’ll get you a new one” which I did and it still did not work. The beds were so uncomfortable so rest did not happen at all. The parking was very limited and not convenient. This place was just as expensive as the place a friend had that same weekend and they had way more amenities and their place was way nicer and cleaner and had transportation. There was only one elevator and it took forever.

Nothing above the normal typical hotel stay- was okay.
-
Accessible room was well designed.
-
Great room with a view of the harbor. Only downside was the breakfast. The eggs, sausage and hashbrowns were slightly warm to cold. Was not able to eat those items.

Lack of hot water. Water was lukewarm warm the first two days. They got the hot water fixed the third day. The General Manager stated she would adjust our bill and communicate said adjustments and has not communicated even though she has my email and cell phone

Love the location. Room was perfect. Two front staff people were excellent and 2 were so so. Breakfast was disappointing. Usually we think Fairfield breakfasts are very good.
