The continental breakfast. The tub didn’t drain, the bed comforters were pretty gnarly, a hanging sign in the bathroom indicates someone would bring you new towels and make the bed yet when I mentioned to front desk they didn’t come in said it shouldn’t have been expected- I explained the door hanger tags indication that they would make bed/bring towels if left on floor and when I showed him it, he said he’d never seen… also it’s not lower in price if you book multiple nights “saving them time and money” I’m there for them to make money with their services- which are paid for. Crazy you wouldn’t get fresh towels at least brought in.
