Motel 6 Duluth, MN

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the A/C kept everything perfectly cool, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness. From check‑in to check‑out, everyone made me feel welcome. I’d definitely stay here again.

Room was nice and clean, very basic and simple, walking distance to a couple very good restaurants in breweries. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was super friendly and when the parking lot was full when I returned from my event the staff member was nice to show me where I could park. Thanks for seamless night stay!

Good place, worked out well for us

The room was well maintained. The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The team member who checked me in was helpful. The back of the bathroom door (from inside the bathroom) appeared to have a chunk damaged or missing.

We arrived at check in time and were informed that we needed to wait as rooms weren't clean. Came back over an hour later and our room was ready. The room was okay, nothing special (for over 300 a night, expected more). Not enough towels in pool room, hot tub was warm, not hot and jets weren't working properly. The Fob reader for the outside door on our side of the building looked liked it may have been installed in the 60s and was difficult to work. Put up a review on Google, owner's response was "all the hotels in this area charge that much". My response, sure they do, but hopefully they are nicer for that money. With $300 a night comes the expectation that you will be in a really nice place with an excellent experience. Should note that the staff were nice. However, no offer of discount/etc. for our wait.

I liked the way the room was arranged. The sink was outside the toilet area. The shelves in the room were placed so two people could separate their stuff.

Comfortable, clean room. Quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The price of the room was affordable!

For soap there was only a small bar.

No carpet and pet friendly. Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

This area is sketchy, and the hotel is basic - no lobby area, no coffee, no breakfast. However, the room is new, renovated, and clean. It had everything you could ask for in a room. The lobby and hallway had a smell; the room did not. For a cheap place to lay your head, it was as needed. The price could be lower considering you do have to pay to get breakfast somewhere else, so add $10 per person to the cost plus inconvenience, and then decide if maybe paying $20 extra for a nicer hotel may be worth it.

The halls were stuffy old looking but wallah the room was very clean and nice. Wish I'd remembered coffee in the lobby. Nice size clean fridge in room. Parking was a bit tight but doable . Mattresses were wonderful slept very well. 4plus overall
