Lobby was clean, and large. Be aware that parking is not free and you either park across the street in a public garage or use the one a couple of blocks away. I used the public one and it was about $15/day. Not ideal, but I knew that going in. Would stay there again. Bed was comfortable, room had a sink, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and fridge plus the dishes to go with. I didn't use it, but it would be convenient for those who do. Close to dining and other amenities. Water pressure was a bit funky, and it would wane in the middle of showers and the heat of the water would fail from time to time. That was minor, but was a bit odd. Overall, very pleased. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and everything in great shape.
-
Room was not ready at check in. 10 wait, but was sent up. Awkward moments and back down to kill time.
-
Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC.

The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and there was an old used bar of soap sitting on top of it. The shower had no shelves, which would be a good addition. There was a small stain on the side of the bottom sheet…

Clean, spacious, brightly lit and central to everything I needed. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

This was an incredible location for Grandma’s! Such a wonderful place to stay with mutliple rooms in a single suite to fit kids and grandparents!! Highly recommend.

Very nice property.

We had a great stay for our son’s graduation from UMD. The location was convenient for everything we had planned. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. We loved our rooms. The amenities were great. The property was clean and rooms were well appointed. Beds were comfortable and our view of Lake Superior was special. We will be back!!

Everything was just wonderful, staff , room etc . Our only complaint was both rooms we booked didn’t have any soap in the showers . Would definitely stay again and tell our friends and family to stay at this location .

Great room, comfortable bed and couch/chair, lots of room, very well done hotel room in a great location. Only odd thing was parking during the stay

Well refurbished building. Very nicely done. Lacks amenities most similarly priced hotels have (breakfast, hot-tub, parking, a happy hour, etc.)
-
Very clean, comfortable rooms with full kitchen. Couldn’t have been more comfortable. Staff was excellent.

We so enjoyed our stay. Easy access to downtown as well as the canal. Really quiet and the view was incredible. We would love to come back.

When we arrived we had no clue where to park. There is no designated parking lot so we drove to the public lot across street, but gate wouldn't open. Then got stopped by traffic security when we parked in train station lot to try and figure out where to park. Thankfully the officer was friendly and he had us follow him to another lot up the hill and across the street from hotel. You have to park and walk up and down that steep hill. You have to tell hotel staff upon check-in that you parked there so they can put your car on a list for security so you don't get towed. It's kind of ridiculous and for that I would not stay here again. The overall room was great...we didn't need the kitchenette for our 1 night stay but this room was one of the cheapest we found. Bed was comfortable but the leather sofa was so slippery we could hardly stay on it. Bathroom was good as well. It's a good hotel for someone who doesn't mind walking up that steep hill.

The studio room was wonderful! We loved the fully-functioning kitchen and the room was just pleasant. The only drawback we found was dust (?) on the closet shelf. We had bag there, and when we pulled it down something like white dust covered our clothes. Otherwise, the room and service was great. We will come back.

I needed a quick place to stay for a business trip, but this will be my new place to stay in Duluth. Has everything you need in a great location.

Overall good

Also, in the 3 times we've stayed there...2 times the body wash in the shower has been empty, including on this stay. Please be sure the housekeeping team is checking those. On our stay June 5th/6th, the water pressure was very low on Saturday morning, June 6th. It was so low and by the end of our 2nd shower, we had a hard time getting enough water in the shower to properly rinse off. On a good note, we like the kitchenettes, the spacious rooms and the cleanliness of the rooms.
