The room was just like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. I will be staying here for every visit.

Cleanliness No exhaust fan in the bathroom

The location of the hotel was in a good spot - close to our ultimate destination the next day. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Upon arrival, we rang the bell for service - it took a few minutes before the manager showed up. Then - the first thing he said to us was "I need your ID." He didn't say hello, welcome us or even look at us. He gave us key cards to room 204, but upon opening the door, we saw another suitcase already in the room, along with an unopened 12 pack of beer in the fridge. We notified the manager who then moved us to room 329. Once in that room, we noticed water had collected in a few spots on the vinyl floor. We wiped it up, but more water would reappear elsewhere on the floor. And when we stepped on the floor, water would ooze up between the vinyl planks. Again we notified the manager who took pictures and said he would have to talk to maintenance. He told us they were fully booked and had no more rooms to offer us. When we told him that wasn't acceptable, he remembered that room 205 was available and told us to meet him at the room. Once we packed up our items, we met him there. This room looked good, so we got ready for bed and decided to watch TV for a bit before lights out. Unfortunately the TV did not work. When I went downstairs to buy a couple of sodas and snacks, the manager asked how I wanted to pay for them - again without looking at me. When I spoke, he finally looked up and saw me and reluctantly said they were on the house. I thanked him and went back to the room.

I only stayed one night. Overall okay stay. The floor in the hallway(s) and my room were not vacuumed. I arrived after 8:00pm, therefore I didn’t request housekeeping to avoid disturbing other guests. Also, the man who was working the front desk had zero personality or warm welcome.

The ac was not great at night , uncomfortably hot to sleep. Otherwise decent

Room was decent. Parking is better at day than it is at night. There are a few restaurants and gas stations nearby. It is about a ten minute drive to the gaming emporium. The management team could use some better skills in communication. Overall, I would more than likely not return to this location.

Spotless with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay

The rooms were clean, the bed slept like a dream. The hot tu and pool kicked it out of the park. I had relaxation fun. The staff was friendly,

The rooms were great and we loved how quiet it was. Good location and lots of stores and restaurants too choose from.

The hotel was excellent, and the room worked very well; the only issue was that they didn't have towels for the pool.

Our room was very clean, the beds were amazing when we had a room upstairs. The staff was great! Very quiet, and felt safe. Loved that they had a grill for us to enjoy with a back deck. We will definitely be using again when we go back to VA!

I like the room is big and clean I didn't know it had a kitchen inside everything that I needed was in the room The price was a little high but it was worth it
