The resort is easy to navigate as there are maps everywhere and paths and areas are well marked. Nice staff in the reception. Town of Caorle nearby is well worth visiting as it is very pretty and has great restaurants and stores. Great sport courts, such as for padel. Their recruitment team must be excellent because all the persons I interacted with were very friendly, helpful and nice. Example: After two nights we realised that there are limited hours of air conditioning, only 40 hours per week. We had totally missed this information, which was included in the initial email we got after booking it. We either didn't read it closely enough or had forgotten when we finally arrived. (I think information like this should be reiterated during check-in.) However, our explanation of the situation to the person in the reception was met with understanding and we received a refill on the card without having to ask for it specifically. Not much to do during the middle of the day than going on beach, so for a family like us, who gets bored after two consecutive days on the beach, there was not much variety. Many facilities, such as minigolf and game room, were only operational during evening. Some things which were open (padel, tennis etc.) were difficult to use during the middle of the day due to heat. Minigolf would have worked because it's partially in shade. The room could have been better equipped and supplied. We were supposed to leave bungalow as it was when we came but there was no brush/sponge or dishwashing liquid to wash dishes with. No handsoap either. We had to buy all such consumables.

The area is really big and a lot of things to do for kids. The pools are really fun and the beach is beautiful. The staff (especially the young staff) were super friendly and helpful. The restaurants were really well organized and you never had to wait long. I was quite impressed. We also did the pirate ship excursion, La Perla Nera, highly recommend for young kids! For families I would say it's a pretty perfect place! We will definitely be coming back! The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but not too bad. Next time, i would get try to get a mobile home or somewhere a little closer to the beach.

Many pools, nice beach, many kid activities. Air conditioning didn’t work, noisy sometimes.

The location, the pools, the staff ! Overall great experience The only thing I can think of was that stove didn’t work the way it was supposed to but not a big deal as we made it work

Many programs for kids. Camping international but the programs 98% for Italiens. The house was close to the maintenance building and every day 6 started the noise. Narrow beach and have to pay for umbrellas not included the high price for apartment. The air conditioning is limited also. Need to be careful with bicycle and rollers because easy to lost. To much people.

Pool, sea side, sports opportunities are great The room, the bed was not comfortable
-
pools that we had to leave

The bungalow was great. They miss some kitchen tools but in general was fine. Swi.ming pools, sport centres and access to the beach was also great. Supermarket was pretty competent The limitation of AC of 20h free seems to me little as well the WiFi. But to be honest in our case they weren't necessary

Everything you need is inside the camping area. Other supermarkets and restaurants outside really close. Silent hours were respected, so it was really quiet during those periods of time. WiFi was passable but nothing special. The mini apartment has a lack of outlets for electronics (microwave is there but you need to either extend a cable from the bathroom or unplug the fridge).

Beach and restaurants The price for what you get was disgusting. Communication and information is really bad. Not enough glass wear and crockery. It shows a sunbed in the picture for our deluxe apartment. That was not there at all. In general the apartment was very basic and grubby inside and out, it should never be classed as deluxe.

Restaurants and staff very nice. The beach area was also very nice. 45 minutes to check in, lady kept chatting to other members of staff instead of concentrating on us. After check in you only get your armband you then need to go to a different building to collect your keys to accommodation. No informations given about opening times of shop, supermarkets, restaurants etc. The accommodation is sold as deluxe and for the money we paid we expected way more. Not enough glasses, crockery etc. not even a beer or wine glass. It says dishcloth and tea towels included. Nothing there. Coffee machine in kitchen but you can’t buy the capsules anywhere not even in the shops on site. It’s all VERY basic. Nails in walls where pictures should be. Wasn’t very clean at all. General outside area was grubby. No information about sunbed rentals.

The walls are very thin and you can hear every little noise either from the outside or from the neighbouring houses. Quite hours start at midnight so if you want to have a quite and relaxing evening and someone in a house next to you is having a party, the staff can't do anything about it. When we arrived after a 12 hour journey, we found that the fridge pług didn't fit in the walls socket and spent two hours running to the reception and back before we were finally given an adapter. Only two of the four cooker hobs worked properly. Wi-fi is free but limited to four hours a day. Everything beyond that you have to pay for.

Really good and equipped camping. There are a lot of different apartments and parking place for caravans as well. Our apartment was good equipped, we had everything in room. To the see 5-10 min on foot. Stuff is nica and super friendly. It's not good enough during the rain, because there is no heating and in room is huge humidity.
