Very very very poor quality price ratio + a lot of mosquitoes!

They provided very bed place, after extra payment all be good

I was charged 100eur for room cleaning service which I didn't need. When I ordered via booking I couldn't choose if I want or Don't this service. Receptionist told me that order via booking automatically charge every order without any option.

Location is good. Not far from beach. Entertainments for kids. Beach is clean and and shallow. You’ll get a WiFi password, but there is not much of a WiFi available - good news I would say. We got a bit smelly mobilheim I must admit. Coffee and ice cream was real disappointment. I believe they use just the cheapest coffee out there and amount of ice cream you get for your money (1 scoop for 1,8€) is just ‘not enough’. I’m recommending use of a local cafe called ‘Pasticceria Denise’ located in Via Fausta, 63, 30020 Eraclea VE. Use some local restaurants and fruit shops.

The Camping Village was great for Kids The accommodation was a bit disappointing- expect uncomfortable beds, no duvet - just old blankets.. but didn’t spoil the experience at all..

I liked all the accommodations for my six year old. He had a blast. I came down here last minute with my kids while my husband traveled for a work trip. A great place to bring kids. I never had to leave the resort. I had everything I needed in arms reach for the entire week. I could hear babies crying in the home next to ours so the noise was a little loud but not too bad.

Friendly staff ,nice location and good prices.

Very good location direct at the sea, beautiful pool, many activities for kids but many to be paid extra. Big up for the very nice staff especially at the restaurant, thank you Giuseppe and Mario :-) Small bungalow for a family, we recommend to take the bigger ones

Pleasant, clean place. Friendly staff.... Better bike routes in the surrounding for smaller kids.

Nice pools with many slides, although too crowded during high season. We stayed at Cottage Deluxe and I liked that this area was surrounded by fence and cars had no access inside. Children could play safely. House was also cosy and nice. Air condition worked perfectly. We had 7 sleepless nights due to horrible worn out mattrasses. I would not recommend to anybody who cares about good sleep during holiday. Mattrasses were from soft foam and saggy with two huges holes for bodies. We developed back problems from the first night. I cant believe they would not replace such horrible mattrasses. Also I didnt like that you had to pay extra for (or purchase yourself) basic items such as hand soap for bathrooms, toilet paper, hand towel, foot mat...this should be provided automatically and free of charge (for accommodation claiming to be "deluxe").

We had a nice air conditioned appartment. One of the larger ones. It was suitable for family of 4. It also included front porch with table and chairs. The beach was about 10 minutes of walk. There was a well equipped convenience store directly in the camp. Some of the equipment was broken (power outlets). Kitchen utensils could use some overhaul. Knives were not sharp enough to cut bread. There was quite a lot of mosquitos in the evenings. You had to rent the pool chairs every day.

We rented the chalet house for family! It’s feels like a summer house! In the camping area there is a supermarket, you can go for food shopping. Beach easy pretty close. Pool area nice and fun for kids! Some of are friendly! You have to pay extra for renting umbrella on the beach, also on the pool area! There is no daily cleaning service coming to your house also you have to throw your own trash daily! Pool is a lil bit dirty because of camping area really crowded and too much person using it! You have to bring toilet Papier, they are just giving one! Also you have to bring your own towels!Check out time, I was at the reception after they checked the room and told me; have to leave the house clean. So I turned back to room, threw all our trash and left the room clean! They didn’t give me that info from the beginning.
