Eraclea Palace Hotel

Nice, big balcony. Breakfast buffet was also nice. The location is great and within a 5-minute walk from the beach. Underground parking with concierge service. The balcony door had a crack in the window, and the screen of the A/C on the second floor was broken. I cannot understand why the cleaning ladies would not report such things since the control became unusable. I found a bug in the bedroom, which wasn't very nice, and the shower glass as well as the window in the bathroom had some stains on them. Cleanliness could be better, but overall it was okay. No coffee machine in the room!

Thank you, Angela. Housekeeping should be doing their job better as there was dust around the nightstand, and the bathroom needs more cleaning besides not putting soaps only the first day ! The terrace is nice but is really neglected with no cleaning at all !

Superb

Close vicinity to the beach, pool on the roof and quiet. Attention to detail. Worn things still in use when should be replaced e.g. chairs outside for breakfast, tables and chairs on the balcony. Amazing breakfast and tasting delicious but usage of industrial kitchen serving steel containers takes away from the niceness feeling. Small details if improved would take the hotel to an amazing place.

Pool Kellner Check out

Great pool, good location, nice view, breakfast good enough. Should have been renovated already several years, furniture and equipment is old and not maintained, wifi in pool area not working well enough. Parking in the garage is difficult but manageable for smaller cars. Near surroundings should be cleaned. This does not feel like 4 stars at all.

The location - not too away from the beach - we rented bikes (from the hotel) and it was 2 minute bike ride to the beach. Quiet in the morning, very good AC, great balcony with tree’s shadow, the room was vacuumed daily plus beddings and towels changed daily. Bed very comfortable. Hotel has its own beach portion - we were leaving our towels and shoes there overnight and no one touched them. The staff was not the friendliest. Maybe because we were not Italian or German ? I would have loved a mini rug in the bathroom. But the worst was the ‘shared’ door with the next room. We could hear them ‘breath’

Disappointing

I liked that it was close to the sea and that they had umbrellas available free of charge. Paying for parking and having to leave your car keys with the front desk during your stay. The beds were also uncomfortable. I would have liked more options for activities such as jet ski, wind surfing, ect…

Incredibile rooftop pool with an awesome view. Extremely friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room. Nothing, everything was perfect
