The excellent privat beach is in 10 minutes walk. The room was in back side of the building, quite noisy in the evening and the morning, because of the restaurant kitchen. The coffee, the dinner was like in the 5 stars hotel. The Hotel staff and the owner are so frendly and professional. A deffinitely reccomend it. There is no refrigerator in the room.

perfect location, nice new bathroom, amazing dinners in the restaurant. extremely friendly staff bed and pillows were too soft. there was no vegetables for breakfast.

Owner and every staff member were so lovely and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Very tasty breakfast. We felt very comfortable and looked after. Restaurant have very good food and fantastic live music on weekends. Very nice and clean pool. Bicycles available to cycle in the nearby forest area. Luca helped us to arrange transport to near by Caorle(worth visit) and to the airport.
