Great pool, Giacomo is very helpful and kind. The flat is on the main street, sometimes it can be noisy but tolerable. Recommended! Maybe a new toilette seat can be useful.

The apartment was big enough for a family of 5. it was clean, spacious, bright, equipped as you need to prepare hot meals. The hotel is in the center, a short distance from the sea (5 min). THE HOTEL STAFF WAS SUPER FANTASTIC. Easy communication in English. Very helpful and friendly people. The town of Eraclea Mare is mostly occupied by Italian tourists with children. What is reflected very positively on the level of services (restaurants, shops, beach). We liked that on the beach right by the sea you could pitch a tent and bring your own umbrellas. Nothing is prohibited there or you are not banished to the end of the beach to the road, as in other destinations on the Venetian coast. Highly recommended for families with small children. Just a little better kitchen equipment.

Perfect location. We were on the first floor, the street noises are tolerable. The big balcony is a plus point! And the pool is very vool and clean. The cleaning of the apartment is poor, this needs to be changed!

Nice location and great welcome and service from Jerome. The location and accommodation met our expectations.

The host, Giacomo, is super helpful, friendly, lots of fun and can arrange pretty much anything you ask for #tutto :) Great location, walking distance from the beach (5-10 minutes), same to about 10 restaurants in the vicinity and 2-3 supermarkets/bakeries. Lovely gelato places all around as well. Decently furnished appartment. Amazing pool in the backyard - kids loved it! Overall, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the stay a lot - grazie mille, Giacomo! ;) Only a couple of smaller details really: A few stuffy old blankets in the wardrobes - could be changed for newer ones. Careful that you need to take your own bedsheets and towels or pay for them extra (10 euros a week per item). Very few cups and (wine)glasses in the cupboard (in an appartment that can house two families). If you want a quiet place then be aware that this appartments is located in the very heart of Eraclea Mare, on the main street. Lots of commotion there in the evening, including a touring train that rings its bell about every 15 minutes it passes by (between 8 pm and midnight). . But that's probably part of the Italian experience :)

We managed to catch the last nice week of the season. The place is a few steps from the beach and within 15 minutes to all nearby destinations for trips. E.g. the city of Venice is an hour's drive, as is Treviso or Udine. All places have history and all are worth seeing. The operators are great people, I definitely recommend staying here.

The place was wonderfully located in the center of the town, nice and bustling but not too loud. Overall it's a great place to stay.

Free parking by the entrance door, elevator which made luggage transport easy. location in the center of town near the grocery store close to many restaurants. Quiet rooms, large balcony with View of the street. The beach is within walking distance. Manager was very helpful and friendly. The floor and windows were not as clean as they could be, however I was there at the very end of the season and they would probably do a deep cleaning shortly there after.

Large apartment, great view, the host is awesome and goes out of his way to accommodate all our requests. The internet was good and the parking close and free. It was not very clean and we had to sweep and mop the floors. Beware that sheets and towels need to be paid extra.
