We had a great stay. Room was clean and very quiet. We used pool and it was always empty. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We went to honeymoon island for sunset and it was fabulous.

The staff were great, especially at the breakfast buffet. The staff made it a point to chat with our kids and cater to their requests. A big kudos to those nice ladies!

All the staff was amazing and the location was perfect. Breakfast was great!! One elevator was down, so the one working was a little busy. Stuck with taking the stairs

The room I stayed in had an AC/HVAC unit that was louder than normal. It sounded like a backup generator was inside the room and it made it impossible to sleep through the night. My sleep was quite awful. The staff was wonderful, but the room/sleep experience was very poor.

I selected this hotel because of the ratings but honestly, I’m not sure if they stayed at the same hotel I did! When I checked the staff was okay, but when I checked out the man who “helped me” could hardly hear a thing, and he wasn’t very helpful or gracious about answering my questions. Then there was the room. The carpet was dirty, the mattress was worn out (ie: the edges completely sunk in) and when I went to put something into the microwave it was full of someone else’s food!! That’s how thorough the housekeeping staff was. No excuse for any of it. Besides the fact it wasn’t that inexpensive.

The lack of water pressure at the shower head. Slippery bathtub, no traction whatsoever.

Our Room was clean, breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was ezey. Will definitely stay here again.
