The owner was phenomenal. He gave us tips, advice, and was always available. They have free beach chairs and umbrellas and towels which you can use to take to the beach. They even have sunscreen if you don't bring any. The room was beautifully decorated and super clean. It included a very well equipped little kitchen. Free parking. Nothing to say here

What a pleasant surprise. This is a very well maintained old motel that has lot's of charm and a great owner. The rooms are large and you can't beat the price. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Don’t let the word “motel” fool you! This was SO nice. Super clean, pretty, neat, quaint, charming, quiet, beds were SO comfortable! They let you borrow beach chairs and towels to take with you. The location is perfect, minutes from the Dunedin causeway to honeymoon island and also from downtown Dunedin! I definitely will be back again! The only thing is be careful leaving anything sweet or sugary around as ants will find their way to it but that’s kind of to be expected almost anywhere in Florida. Not a big deal at all. They have covered trash bins outside your room and a refrigerator and microwave and it honestly didn’t bother me.

The suite had everything needed to feel right at home—dishes, household supplies, and more. There is also a large number of TV channels—more than what chain hotels offer. Guests have the opportunity to use bicycles and beach gear. The host personally escorts guests to their room and familiarizes them with all the motel and room facilities. N/A
