I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very clean, in a great location, and situated in a beautiful area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My family and I will definitely be back.

If I were to make a recommendation is to ask that the pool and jacuzzi be cleaned. they were needing maintenance. Everything else was perfect.

Great location off Pinellas Trail, walking distance to Main St. Nice property, breakfast was convenient and free parking was appreciated!

This hotel is in a great location; the hotel staff is very courteous and helpful; rooms very clean; they treat you like family. The free breakfast is a plus.

Great front desk staff the breakfast lady was nice and helpful but too much in your face and intruded on our conversations when we were just trying to quietly eat breakfast in peace- she was so loud and obnoxious

Checkout was a breeze. Christian was there again and gave us some additional great assistance… We will definitely return to this location very soon. Location is great! Marketplace is across the street. Great place to eat, watch sports or just hang out. You will enjoy your stay here…

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Nice breakfast and pool.

Staff nice. Good location. Clean properly. Nice pool area for the level. Ask for a room on the both side of the property. There is an outdoor lounge next door to the south that had live music several nights we were there. It can be heard in the room essentially the bass.

Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy with friendly staff. Danny really helped with a favor and is exceptionally helpful and kind. The breakfast was always good and staff also so friendly. Comfy beds and rooms. Only wish there were microwaves in the rooms. Coffee is fantastic!

It was very convenient to downtown Dunedin!

One thing in my room was there were no USB ports to charge without an AC adapter. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel, location and the staff.

Amazing location ! Right in the heart of Dunedin! Room was spacious and clean . I can also not say enough about the hotel management . Went above and beyond to help my family have the best vacation . Honestly best staff I have ever dealt with at any hotel !

Excellent stay as usual The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and shops and right on the Dunedin bike trail. We love staying here and plan to return soon.

Our check in at front desk was wonderful because of Danny. He was personable and throughout our 4 days he made a point to remember our names and make sure he offered something every time. Actually for the most part every worker greeted us with a smile and were friendly. Also found the closeness to the walking trail a major plus as well as walking by the water peaceful. The hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful quaint town. In regards to the room, it was very basic but suited our needs fine. The bed was comfortable and bathroom updated. Just wish hotels would update those loud air condition units. Those should all be done away with by now. I would stay again if we come back to visit Dunedin.

This was probably one of the best hotel stays my wife and I have experienced. The staff was helpful and friendly! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had! We will be returning to this hotel again. The location was great as well!
