This location is perfect to stay in Dunedin! It is within a walking distance from everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Their rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I had a wonderful day and will stay here again. Highly recommended five stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay! Amazing sunsets. Right in the heart of downtown Dunedin!!!

Also extremely dog friendly at the hotel and the entire town of Dunedin! We will be back for sure and will stay at this hotel! A special shout out to Sherry and Donna, you made our stay even better !

It’s a fav property. I hate to give kudos because I don’t want others to find what I found… The staff are exceptional, the local restaurants are as well. And, no, there are no more homes available in Dunedin… Go home to Cali, NY, the Midwest, after visiting. You are all ruining this…

Very unique. It had a front and rear entrance to the room. We were on the bottom floor. Each room offered privacy with a wall on both sides and a table & 2 chairs. The room on the second floor also had the same privacy with an entrance from the room. Absolutely loved the hotel and staff!

Problem with TV remote not working and the toilet broke during the night and flooded the bathroom.

Good continental breakfast with a variety right next to an excellent restaurant bon appétit food was excellent close to downtown shopping. It was aGood continental breakfast with a variety. It was a great choice on our part.

It was clean the staff was friendly. The only problem I had with the property and it’s just personal preference, the rooms at night time were very bright because of the top of the windows you could not block with the outside street lights. I like rooms pitch dark when I sleep.

We stayed here for our Anniversary and we enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious. There are plenty things to do in walking distance. A park is next door for those who have kids. A restaurant next door. A short drive to Honeymoon Island. The hotel is about 5 miles to Clearwater. We spent a day in Clearwater. I would definitely stay here again.
