Location was outstanding. We were with in 15 min of everything we wanted to do. The bathroom was cleaning. There was paint missing on walls caulking was cracked, missing, and moldy. Considering what was being charged per nite. That was really disappointing. Maid service didn't make beds or take out trash the entire stay. Or even ask if there was anything we needed.

Location, very friendly and helpful desk representative morning and afternoon shift, clean, and comfortable facility, pet friendly Room tv remote was held together by tape..batteries falling out, room 303 breakfast was ok

The bathroom needs more cleaning especially the floor(hair). The toilet was noisy.The table and the fridge was not stable.

Very Good basic breakfast with scrambled egg and a vegetable stir fry side dish, plus a selection of bread, waffles, bagels etc. with yogurts and fresh fruit. Staff kindly allowed me to take a dish of breakfast to my sister in nearby rehabilitation centre.

Breakfast Cleaning So so frustrated. Asking the manager to check cameras and investigate it I was preparing to leave the hotel going back to my home in Virginia ( driving from Clearwater FL) around 3:45 AM (which means I'll miss the breakfast) When I pushed the machine to get some cold water to drink One of the employees in the front desk shutted and screamed No No you are not allowed to use this machine until breakfast I told him I'm getting some cold drink water and I'm already leaving for a long drive He insulated asked me to stop using the machine then came to disconnect the power of the machine. I told him I'll report that incident and he said ok I don't care my name is Aaron :( Was thinking if really he cares about customer satisfaction He may come after I took my water and leave then he can shut it off
