The breakfast was better than expected! The room was spacious and clean, but the AC unit made an awful rattle sound. The fitness room was a bit spare. The AC unit was very loud.

Great location between Clear Water beach and Dunedin.

The room was nice and spacious. A decent variety for breakfast options. A fair number of options for television viewing. Quiet location, away from traffic. We expected housekeeping but that did not happen. If we had known this we would have made our bed before leaving for the day. Perhaps we did not read some fineprint. Thankfully, there was an extra set of towels in the bathroom.

Just the paper thin walls and door between the rooms was a nightmare. I had the worst sleep (both nights) this happened. You could hear EVERYTHING! I mean EVERYTHING going on next door. Good luck if you want a peaceful nights rest. We had room 323 for reference.
