Huge comfortable bed, fab shower, hospitality tray. Fine with us but rooms up steep narrow stairs , no lift so could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues
-
Close to the sea front with a cafe downstairs Nothing

The location was lovely - close to the water and a beautiful walking area. It was quiet and felt safe - even when walking in the evening. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and unobtrusive. All photos and descriptors were accurate.

Beautiful room with an exceptional view out to the harbour. Really comfortable beds. The location was beautiful with walks along the seafront right from the door. We found parking easily. The cafe was great for breakfast, although not included in the price there was a £5 voucher in the welcome pack towards breakfast. A really good choice of food in a lovely setting. Only minor things, the toilet seat was wonky and moved about, it also would have been good to have been able to open the window in the bathroom. Some very late arrivals around 1am woke us up as the doors bang loudly.

The camera was good and the place is in a good position. The breakfast was also very good. Our towels seemed to be a little old and ruined

We was catching cruise ship from Rosyth & traveled up the day before & the accommodation/location/Cafe was excellent! Very quiet, very friendly locals & great food at the local pub. The only negative was that we was only there one night! Everything!

Comfortable bed I found a chock of hair when I opened the towel.... disgusting.

Excellent small Hotel. Clean and comfy and good sized room. Situated in pretty Limekilns looking onto the River Forth. Meals not included but are available at the Cafe on the ground floor. Can highly recommend the food available. On entering Hotel area there is a set of 4-5 stairs which don’t have a banister. All other stairs have one, would suggest one be put there. Suffering from vertigo I find stairs challenging at times and appreciate one to steady myself.
