Lovely food. Pleasant location. Comfortable room. Not informed bar closes at 9.00pm. Having to pre order breakfast the evening before as well as the time you ate.

Nice clean room. Good selection for breakfast that was chosen the day before. Walking distance to town centre.. There was a bus stop on main street to hotel (did not use this facility so don't know time scales eg times and how often). Did not use the facility but beleive lunch /dinners are also available (if prearranged). Bar facility also available, but did not use this. Public toilet available if not staying at hotel. Sitting area outside if weather nice. Seemed to be dog friendly as I did see a dog in hotel and a dog bowl was available outside. Helpfull owners/staff. Quick breakfast facility eg if you ordered cereal then had a cooked breakfast coming you did not have to wait long for next course. If you had a car there was parking facilities at hotel/near hotel. Although walking distance to get to town centre would not want to walk back late at night. We did get a taxi back ( which cost about £5.00 - seemed to be the standard charge). Hotel was not manned after 8 pm. Front door was locked for security reasons and you were provided with front door key to get access after 8pm. Did see a sign if you required anything after hotel was shut for night there was a contact. number. Cooked breakfast was good but my partner felt that the links could have been cooked for longer.

Excellent breakfast. Room and bed were quite good. We stayed over a Sunday night. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com told us that their restaurant was closed on Sundays. This was very inconvenient. The bathroom was small and cramped with a tiny hand basin.

Very welcoming staff and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the town They do not do dinner which would have been nice

The receptionist Rebekah was lovely and very helpful. Good banter too. The hotel ticks the boxes. Bar closed fairly early and food options were limited in the evening.

Nice and quiet yet still close to the centre of Dunoon, good service, friendly staff and really nice breakfast. One slight set back for us, we had planned to eat at the hotel. However there was no food on due to the chef being on holiday, not a big issue however it would have been nice to know this in advance.

Nice staff, great breakfast Guests having a shower in the next room at 1 in the morning. Very noisy between rooms. The window mechanism was broken. Noisy fan outside.

Friendly and efficient staff, with no exceptions. Breakfasts were the only meals I had when there. On both occasions my breakfasts were in full accord with my needs, and of very good quality. Nothing to comment on regarding this section. Had no issues to report.
