Great place for a night. Needs some updating but friendly staff and great location!
-
Very good clean room with a nice price.

Door and curtains let a lot of light in from outdoor lighting at night. Hard to sleep

Good location

There was mold in the shower, door looked as if it had been pried open, room they gave us was not a kitchenette and they refused to refund the extra charge for a kitchenette. Staff was RUDE.

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to the Durango Silverton Train ride and also close to local restaurants. The owners are super nice. Room was nice and the bed as super comfortable.

So the picture on the website was not anywhere near the room I actually received. It shows that it much bigger room and the room I got was about 2/3 the size. There was no soap or lotion in the dispensers and when I went to the front desk to tell them they said oh we're getting rid of those but didn't bother offering me any alternatives. The hot tub was very large but not very hot and there was no Jets working. The bed wasn't bad and the shower was nice and hot and lots of pressure so if you're just looking for a quick place to stay probably not the worst place to stay.

Perfect. Soaked in the super clean tub both nights by myself. Staff was great.

Exceptional

The place was very nice and pretty well kept except for our room. They really need to do some spot painting and do a deep clean in our room.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Bathroom was relatively clean but area between wall and floor and tub could have been cleaner. Facility was quiet, but the friendliness of the staff was refreshing after having stayed at other motels in the area who were quite difficult.

The room was the worst room we have ever rented. Mold throughout the bathroom, pubs in the tub on the walls and floors. Debree, crumbs all over the floors, don't dare walk without shoes. Bed linens torn. Mattress broken, was caved in the center by about 5 inches. Walls very thin, we couldn't sleep hearing the neighbor come in late and walking most the night. We stayed in rm 221 with 2 queen beds. Don't waste your money, save your stress level.

The rooms were so clean. So was the showers. Ice machine was broken and I wished the pillows would have been softer.
