No pool although advertised as having one. Ice machine out of order. Air conditioner didn’t work. Parking lot is like a mine field. Would not recommend this place.

The night staff was amazing, the busted up bed, not so much. We didn't notice it when we checked in and went out on the town for the night. When we got back we sadly found out the bed was busted and the worst night sleep followed. Other than that it was alright

If you need a place to stay for the night...it'll do. Not family friendly and the chemical smell of the room was so overpowering that we had to air out the room for an hour and it only helped a little. Didn't feel n completely safe as there looked to be a vagrant problem. Pool was out of service as well. Stayed there 12 years ago and it was amazing. Two different owners later and it has gone way downhill.

when we got to our room three hours after check-in time and the bedsheets were dirty and the bed was unmade like someone had just been sleeping in it. When we went to talk to the front desk about it, she said that it was our fault and that she would not be giving us a refund. Do not stay here.

The room was nothing like the photos used to advertise the hotel, and the reception lobby wasn't as pictured either. The room was outdated and unattractive, the pillows were very worn out, and the air conditioning did not keep the room cool enough. In addition, the receptionist was not friendly or welcoming. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and did not meet my expectations based on the hotel's advertising.

The front desk lady could have been more pleasant.
-
Pool was closed and we weren’t made aware of that until arriving.
-
The location and the parking was great The room was filthy, the bed is broken in the middle and the a/c makes too much noise
-
BUGS in the room, so we left a day early and could not get a refund for the night we were not there.

This is my 3rd stay here. Near a pretty walking path 20 minutes to downtown. Great value. Lots of deer at the creek.

The front desk employee did her best to help us on the check-in. the original room I reserved was a king, they only had a 2-queen bed available, but then the room had not been cleaned properly. The beds were not made, and we requested a different room. there was no breakfast offered, and no hairdryers in the room. the second room that we were given, a king, did not have any towels or washcloths when we arrived. The front desk lady that checked us in kept reminding us that she was supposed to be off at 3pm but had to work until 11 pm because someone didn't show up. when we went to check out the next day, no one was there on site at 8:30 am. there was another lady that said her room was infested with bugs and was canceling her stay a day early if anyone ever shows up.

No iron in the room, very basic setup

The building was kind of old (est. 40+ years) and the A.C. unit was kind of noisy, but other than that everything was fine. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the check-in and check-outs were efficient.
