Paid $250 for 1 night and $100 deposit!! If I could rate zero stars I would the room was disgusting the walls had black marks all over them, mind you the walls are white. There was dust everywhere, the ac smelt awful. The towels had dried up dead bugs in them when we unfolded them all the dead bugs fell out. The refrigerator and microwave had crumbs all over. There was dog food on the floor and dirt and leaves. We asked a staff member if he could at least sweep and mop and get us clean towels and all he did was literally sweep the dog food out the door and then mop the floor with water only no cleaning solution just water and the mop was a old beat up Ocedar mop that looked like the head hadn't been changed in over a year it was falling apart and stained black I would definitely not stay here again we also never received our clean towels! 0/10 do not stay here! Just pay the extra $100 to a different hotel don't let this hotels lobby pictures and pool pictures fool you! It is disgusting!

The breakfast was very nice. The hot tub was not working.

The Baymont was a convenient stop on our way home from Arizona. Upon checking in we found long human hair on the wall in the bathroom, and it also was obvious that the baseboards hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. So, we requested another room, and we were promptly given a different one. There was only one towel in the new room, so we had to request more. The swimming pool was being worked on or cleaned all evening, so the pool was unavailable to guests until the following morning. The bed, however, was very comfortable, so that was nice. The staff we talked with at reception was very friendly and cooperative. We were disappointed with the quality of the hotel however, as we expected better from a Wyndham.

I only booked here because it said it was a Wyndham the looks were deceiving from the pictures. The hot tub was broken, the property just seemed ghetto and run down. Are blanket on our bed had dog prints on it like the cleaning staff just flipped it over. The room was a little dirty and dingy the walls are paper thin so you can here the other rooms, the bathroom window had no screen on it so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving it open and that was the only ventilation in the bathroom. Would not stay unless needing a quick cheap night stay not for travelers to kick up at

Unfortunately the sheet on the king bed kept coming off as one turned in the bed. The hot water took a long time to come - had to run the sink and the tub water to finally get hot water so there was a lot of wasted water.

The pool was okay except a lot of stuff was broken the pool felt dirty and the hot tub was broken. The room was wayyyyy overpriced. The room was filthy. And my girlfriend and I had to leave the night we checked in because we didn’t feel comfortable to stay the night. What a waste of money.

It was on Main street Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish, and unfortunately there were multiple problems that made the experience stressful rather than relaxing. The first room we were given was very run down. At one point, the water completely stopped working while we were using the bathroom, leaving us unable to flush the toilet for an extended period of time. We also heard loud banging throughout the night, and the electricity in the bathroom did not work properly. Because of these issues, we eventually had to switch rooms. Unfortunately, the second room had its own problems, including not having properly working hot water. We also tried to use the pool during our stay, but it was locked. Staff could not locate the key, so we weren’t able to use an amenity that was supposed to be available to guests. The checkout situation was especially frustrating. We paid an additional $50 specifically for a late checkout. Before leaving to get something to eat, I tried calling the front desk because I wanted to make sure there wouldn’t be any confusion, but no one answered. Around lunchtime, we then received a call asking where we were, despite having already paid for the late checkout. It made us feel like we needed to rush back to the hotel and completely defeated the purpose of paying extra for additional time. Between the water shutting off, bathroom electricity not working, having to change rooms, lack of hot water in the second room, being unable to access the pool, the noise throughout the night, and then the confusion over a late checkout we paid extra for, this was an awful experience. We booked and paid through Booking.com, and considering the number of issues we experienced, I believe some form of refund or compensation is appropriate. At minimum, the $50 late-checkout charge should be refunded, as we were made to feel rushed back to the property despite having paid for that additional time.

I liked that it was in town and you could do many things around the hotel. This picture is demeaning, it had a hot tub but the water was just the same as the pool. Very disappointing. Thats the only reason i got this hotel so i could relax in the hot tub. Nope..

There are a few things. This is my 2nd stat here and no where was I charged for a depot on my first stay. The pool made my clothes stink and gave my son a ear infection. Hidden fees and I was charged $20 upon check in w the card I used to book the room
