The lobby has beer decorations and the owner was very nice. Room was clean and everything worked in there. Yeah there was some small stuff with drywall a Karen could complain about but it didn’t bother us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very old nice not badly maintained. Staff was not very friendly. He would answer questions at a bar minimum. Door would not shut unless it was slammed and let in lots of light around the door.

We didn’t know there was breakfast. I didn’t like the fact that there were a lot of little black bugs, especially in the bathroom and by the front door.

Location was great, the extra little hated game area was a fun idea and we appreciated to have somewhere that is pet friendly The beds were a little small and the bedding seemed pretty old and worn.

The owner helped me get to an urgent care. He helped me get everything out of my car because I was struggling with my hands. He’s third generation owner and very proud. I loved the little courtyard there for dogs. You could let your dog off the leash and let it run around and be safe. It was very homie inside with a little kitchen and table and chairs. Very close to everything. The prices were so fair for being in Durango. It had the tallest oldest ponderous pine in all of Durango. The caboose had a lot of character and was very special.

Far from Downtown, on the main road (noisy), broken tiles in bathroom, air conditioner loud and did not cool the room much, single-ply toilet paper, no shampoo/conditioner, door lock very difficult to open with actual brass key. Room was clean. Pricepoint was good but not considering the condition. We were disappointed.

Location was great. Owners were very nice an accommodating. Property was cluttered. No hot water. Thought was a fluke the first night but was the same the next night. Granted I did not ask about it as it was late and did not want to bother anyone as we were leaving the next morning.

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly not far from downtown, but the beds were very hard and the pillow is very flat.

Old time American motel. Our room had a kitchenette. The gazebo area was cute. The location on Main was easy to find. We came for rhe train ride and it was great. This inn made me wish we were staying longer. Parking lot is tight for lsrger vehicles. Bring your shampoo.
