Lots of bugs in the room! Not a very nice staff, except housekeepers. Trash all around the property. Would probably never stay here again!! Very disappointed!

The room was not ready upon check in but the staff was kind and helpful. Lots of bugs in the room and the couch smelled like dogs.

Breakfast was typical and in a location just off main parts of Durango but easy to get to. I would stay here again.

We just had the chance to eat breakfast one morning. WE just grabbed a muffin and an apple to eat on the way to the Durango train ride to Silverton. We slept in the other two days. Everything was perfect. Nothing negative to say. We loved it here. :)

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was very substantial and varied one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel great kitchen staff great night shift check-in clerk. Will definitely stay there again.

It was good, we like to build our own waffles! Had a great stay Didn't have Cranberry juice..lol..nothing was bad. Great stay!

Our family had a great stay at the Durango Hampton by Hilton. The staff were excellent, the rooms very nice and clean, and the breakfast set up was fantastic. Our kids loved the pool and whirlpool too! When we’re back in Durango, we’ll be staying here again!

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. The location was quiet. Breakfast was good with a variety. Our son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had a suite, it was much smaller than I expected. The place could use some updating. Overall a nice place.
