The location was great and the view was beautiful. The front desk lady in the morning was very kind. The evening front lady wasn’t too welcoming. They gave us a room with a good view but it was next to the elevator and since the elevator is very outdated I was up all night with the noise of it going up and down. The towels had rips

I booked the suite, very nice view, also hotel is 1.5 blocks from Centro. Room service was same menu as restaurant and good, maybe 5% more expensive which is fine. Hotel spent much effort to help with tours and find someone to speak English to me even though I speak spanish. when checked out and waiting for drink at lounge it was very slow I had to cancel it before the uber came.

Great location, beautiful view, great food, very clean, great air conditioning, amazing staff! The bed was very hard, made my back hurt, not comfortable at all. The hotel is a bit outdated!

We didn't do breakfast the restaurant smell was bad. And the location of the hotel was very good. The rooms look very old and the elevator was too small and slow, many people take the stairs. Imagine going to the 5th floor?

We really enjoyed our stay. So much so that we stayed two extra nights. Location is within 5 minutes of the main square. Parking is secure and adjacent. The property has a lift. Everything in the room worked, including hot water and aircon though the aircon struggled with the heat in Durango at the time. The hotel is from 1945 a d the ground floor is as it was. Breakfast us extra but great and we also ate in the evenings at the restaurant. Room a bit hot even with aircon but we slept.
