The staff was great and super accommodating! As well as friendly and all around lovely people. The location is great. The cookies and the coffee are also a nice touch And Patrick (hotel mascot) was the best! No complaints! I would stay there again!

The property is absolutely gorgeous, the staff were super friendly and Patrick, you have to know him, totally lovely!! One of the handles on the sofa bed's fabric cover—which serves as the base for the mattress—is broken, so the spring is loose and the mattress sags, creating a dent.

Incredibly quiet room in the back, a big plus in Mexico. Very friendly staff. Just a couple of blocks from the main square. Reliable internet. Good hot water and pressure. 24/7 hot coffee and cookies in the reception area. I couldn’t have been happier. 0:Nothing 0

Very very lovely hotel in the heart of Centro Durango. Staff and Patrick, the hotel’s puppy, were welcoming and friendly! Room was spacious and clean. I loved the historic architecture of the hotel- it’s so simple yet elegant! Great value and exceptional experience!

great location, easy to walk to all the downtown Durango sites. complimentary coffee. air-conditioning is nice for the warm spring days. friendly staff. rooms off the back patio are more quiet. I received flea bites all over my body the 1st night and needed to change rooms for the remainder of my stay

The location was amazing for walking around the city. Lots to see. Motorcycle parking inside the courtyard was great. Made our stay less stressful knowing the Bikes were secure. Very old cool building. The people working there are helpful and kind. Patrick the Dog was cute. Old buildings can be noisy. But not a minus. We expect this in older classic hotels like this.

Loved the location and the let us park the motorcycle in the lobby. They do not take credit cards and want cash. If you do t have the exact cash you are told that they don’t have change and they will give it to you later. It took asking 4 times before I could get my change. Showers are moldy.

We’ve stayed here before and it was great as usual. Check-in first to get directions to free parking. Great restaurant nearby and easy walking to the square for evening entertainment. Nothing.

We didn’t eat breakfast there. No restaurant Charming hotel Very close to Centro and good restaurants It was a bit noisy, as room was on a busy street corner
