The food area was disgusting. Very unclean! The trash can looked like it had not been wiped down in months. The breakfast was not being maintained. The elevators were nasty. Dirty gloves, Spain’s all over the floor. There were a lot of random people wondering the parking lot at night time. We felt very unsafe at this hotel.

checkin process was slow. had to have keys reset twice.

The staff was super helpful and very polite throughout my stay. The gym is rudimentary but served my purpose.

Nice room, lots of space, typical but good breakfast and weekends it goes until 10 which is personally good for me. Outdoor pool.

The only suggestion I would make is that you upgrade your air conditioning units. The AC seemed old and it struggled to keep the room cool and remove humidity. With that said I would highly recommend this hotel for young families!

Our room was damp and musty for four straight days. Two mornings, the coffee was empty. The exterior door on the south side of the building was broken and not secured. We will not be staying here again.
