DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Raleigh - Durham

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Beautiful location and rooms. Restaurant was out of chicken tenders, I imagine that's a popular item on the menu, so the kitchen should plan better for that. And they should definitely advertise that breakfast buffet is not complimentary. But the staff was friendly, rooms were very nice and we loved the back patio with a view of the lake.

We arrived to a room that smelled very strongly of MOLD upon direct entry into our room. We called and the staff changed our ro to the opposite side of the the building on a different floor which was better. Upon arrival/check in all guests are supposed to be greeted with a warm chocolate chip cookie as a thank you, we were not and had to ask for ours later on. We felt the hotel staff was not very friendly. The bed was okay at best and we were disappointed that breakfast was not included for us bc we booked ok hotels.com overall we would not stay again.

Not a great experience. Very soiled mattresses on sofa sleepers. Had to be moved to different suites 3 times. Bicycles to be used for a trail all had flat tires and could not be used as advertised.

The staff is wonderful and the restaurant food was divine!!!

Excellent staff no wonder why they have been employed at the same location for so long. I'm sure they're well taken care of because I do such a great job taken care of us.

Over all everything was good. The only thing is breakfast too expensive and not good

Front desk check-in was wonderful There was a smell in the corridor on the floor I stayed on. Something possibly in the carpet

The room, bed and bathroom was clean! The hotel had all the comfortable amenities (restaurant, pool, outside and inside sitting areas) if you don't want to leave.

Great hotel. Very clean. Quiet. Will stay again.

Location was great. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very spacious. Found a few ants on the night stand

The property was beautiful , the room was spacious, our kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools ,as well as the amazing lake right there that the property graciously will let you use the paddleboat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for letting us stay.And the cookies were the BEST.
