Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything from the welcome to the room itself was perfect. The staff were lovely and gave our group cookies on arrival. Lots of local food places, including a 24 hour waffle house which is great for a late night munch. I would 10000% suggest this hotel!

The In House Prices Is Way Different Than The 1800 Number I Was Told The Buffet For Breakfast Was 12.95 For Adult Kids Free But When You Actually Go Down There It’s 16.95 For Adults 9.95 For Each Kid. The House Keepers Failed To Empty Trash In The Room Or Clean The Tub Properly

There were plenty of activities for young and old. It is truly a one of a kind venue.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I loved the hotel. The only inconvenience was that there was not an ice machine on every floor.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Close to downtown, without being in a high-traffic area. Good amenities. Every staff member we encountered over the weekend had a pleasant and helpful attitude. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our Experience was ok. Check-in was the worst part. We arrived around 4pm and our room wasn't ready due to lack of staff. Everybody was friendly. The room was clean but had an odd odor, but not bad enough to complain. To be expected when different people have slept in the same room.

Everything was clean and nice The fact that breakfast isn’t included when you book through a 3rd party. The wording was very misleading.

Loved the deco in my suite and the size of the room. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There are limited options for in house meals. Few amenities included with the guest room. Such as soap and paper towels at the kitchen sink in my suite.

The breakfast was too expensive and unexpected.

Over all the facilities was very nice..I enjoyed the location the scenery and the pool and lake area very nice The tv in the room didn’t have YouTube nor Netflix..If it was plugs to use your own PlayStation I didn’t see them so we really didn’t have to much use for the tv

The room was excellent. The location was convenient from activities. The breakfast was too expensive and unexpected.

Spacious suite, comfortable beds, good water pressure and hot water. Nice indoor/outdoor pool and walking path around the pond. Good hot breakfast Buffett. Only gave us 3 sets of towels when we were 4 staying in the suite. But I called down to front desk and they brought another set right up.
