Excellent Front door Staff
-
Little run down but still very nice
-
The breakfast was very limited, not much to choose from and the shower in our bathroom was still dirty from the last guest that checked out, so clearly was not cleaned
-
Very clean and nice hotel. Comfortable room. Very nice staff.

The hotel was outdated. The carpet in the hallways was smelly. Our actual room was pretty clean and was good. But the worst part was I had to put a $75 deposit on top of the room fee, and almost a week later it’s still not been refunded. I was told by the girl who checked me in the deposit would be refunded within 24 hours of checking out. It’s been almost 5 days and nothing. Then again the girl checking me in was on her cell phone the entire time she was checking me in and never made eye contact.

The room was large and spacious. The complimentary breakfast and good. There was a nice courtyard for sitting. The pool area looked well maintained, however, we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it. Overall, it was a great stay for the price.

Good experience. Front desk clerk was real helpful

General Manager was rude and not understanding when it came to my hotel payment being paid an hour or two after check out for my next day stay. Also, as a member of management you should not wear clothing were you tattoos are visible. It is very unprofessional.
-
The room was comfortable.
-
As with a lot of the hotels we have stayed at lately, they are in need of much better maintenance. I don't know if the hotels are trying to save money or what. I just felt like the management didn't really care about how well it was taken care of.

I enjoyed my stay at the Laquinta. The room was clean. The hot water didn't take long to get hot. The beds were comfortable. The TV selections were good. I would highly suggest that there be a non-pork meal item e.g. turkey or chicken sausage for breakfast.

Don't stay here. Other LA Quintas fine. Thus one no one gives a darn. Didn't sleep due to noise and drunk people. My light bulbs died 3 days ago in bathroom . I told them immediately. When I left today, still not fixed. Only spruce up room every 3 days. Breakfast very little juice and machine didn work.

I would never stay at this LaQuinta again.. Scary property, unmaintaibed and up in clouds. My car was almost flooded in parking lot during storm. Lots of drunks on grounds. Loud and not quiet during the night. Got very little sleep over 7 days.Never at this site again.

Horrible

Save your money and book elsewhere. This property is completely outdated and plagued by a terrible odor. The rooms are falling apart, featuring broken amenities and visible mildew. Additionally, the hotel misrepresented itself—the advertised hot tub doesn’t even exist on-site, and essential facilities like the ice machines were entirely out of service. Everything we encountered was either broken or neglected.

Lady at desk was VERY rude also made check in very difficult WHILE LETTING ME KNOW SHES READY TO GO HOME …trash pouring out of all the outside cans…rock propping door open bc key card doesnt work coming from the pool….pool closed 2 hrs early every night on the weekend?

The road leading up to the hotel was incredibly littered with everything from paper to shopping buggies, especially at the railroad tracks. There were homeless people hanging around. Inside, it was mostly clean. The carpets were coming up in places. The hallway floors were unswept in some places. The door trim was coming apart. The pool was nice, but the chairs were moldy. Overall, if the location was more welcoming on the outside, the staff inside was incredibly helpful, thorough, and pleasant.
-
Great location, has a nice pool, bed seemed clean. Breakfast was good, really liked the layer hours for Sunday morning. Baseboard trim on walls was coming off, cobwebs in the corners, maintenance seemed lacking,, fridge was laid out on side of room instead of in cabinet where it was supposed to go ( not a huge effect just looked odd

The lady who check us in. She did switch our rooms out. The air conditioning system sucked! Some rooms had cool air some had no air conditioning. Ceiling falling due to water leak.

I booked this hotel for my parents since it was not too far from where they were going to celebrate their anniversary as well as a family member's birthday. This was my first time booking with this establishment and the experience with them was a bit disappointing. The location was across a railroad track and unfortunately there was a homeless population there. You also have to pay a security deposit; which I was not aware of if you book with them through a third party. Since I did not know, I didn't know to tell my parents and that was a bit of surprise for us both since I had already paid for the room. I also extended their stay by a day and I had to pay another deposit again since I booked through a third party. They don't except certain debit cards ( examples: venmo, netspend, etc.) So I would suggest if you want to book with them call to make sure they except your card. The room was okay and was clean. The bed was soft, the bathroom had double doors ( which was...different), my parents said the breakfast was good and they did have some hot food. The front desk assistant Niki was very nice and did do what she could to assist us. The price was very reasonable but overall my experience was a bit frustrating and I will probably not book with them in the future.
