Hampton Inn & Suites Durham University Medical Center

Front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful. Hotel is very well maintained inside and out. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We would definately stay here again.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Love that the facility is pet friendly with a dog walk area located at the end of the parking lot. The free breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites.

Only negative I have is the $10 per night charge to park.

Location was great. Beds - hard Pillows - way to soft Breakfast: nothing that should have been hot was hot. A) Eggs shouldn't have fluid in the bottom of pan & should be hot. B) Fried Potatoes should be browned and at least warm. Perhaps you should have something different: eg. - a fruit bar - eggs to order - say overeasy, different types of omelettes... - more than 1 type of meat - instead of just meat patties, maybe patties, crispy bacon, link sausage, different types of ham...

I highly recommend this hotel for individuals or family. It is a non smoking facility. They do charge for daily parking and don’t have any shuttle to RDU airport. Taxi or Uber are easily available.

The softest sheets i have ever slept on anywhere in the world. I would love to know what brand and where they buy them. The front desk staff did not know. Very nice place and very nice staff. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was very clean, pool and breakfast were stellar. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only feedback is it took us until almost 4:00pm to be let into our room bc it was not finished. If you know you only have a certain number or those rooms and tons of the standard, why wouldn’t those get cleaned first? Otherwise, perfect stay! Would stay again!

We were there for medical purpose. so the location to duke medical facilities was excellent. The breakfast served its purpose. The pillows were to soft.
