The staff is very helpful and courteous and the property is very clean and well maintained...will be staying here when I visit Durham moving forward.

From the time I arrived staff was very pleasant, told me everything I would have asked. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself was very clean. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, I even liked how the TV had my name on it. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area. HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Great place to stay in Durham, especially convenient for Duke Move in days as it is so easy to get everywhere. Staff are really attentive and friendly. Very clean amenities, rooms and foyer. Gym was well maintained and reasonably well equipped. Washing machines and dryers were convenient and reasonably priced. Cookies each day were a real treat. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety and tasty. Would definitely recommend staying here to people visiting Durham and will stay again if I visit my son at Duke.

The room was clean. The staff was courteous and responsive. The breakfast was great wide range of options to choose from.

Was clean and had great amenities

This is a nice hotel, surrounded by plenty of places to eat. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND staying here since there are a bunch of breaking into cars that happens here; even with security being on sight. During my stay here at least 10 cars were broken into, including my friends car.

Hotel was very convenient for doing college tours for Duke and UNC.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. It’s very close to RDU airport, next to the highways and surrounded by restaurants. The hotel is very clean and maintained. Our room was clean and roomy. The staff is very friendly and nice. Tom greeted us with a smile and helped get us checked in. We flew in from out of town and arrived earlier than expected (around 11am). Tom took him time to check and gave us great news that our room was ready and we could check in early. Very grateful for that. Tom made sure to explain all the amenities the hotel has and informed us that we could reach out to him with any questions. He was very welcoming, kind, friendly and professional. Their breakfast was great with many options for everyone in my family and again very clean and kept tidy. My favorite perk was the fresh baked cookies from 4pm-7pm. What a delicious treat. Overall my stay and experience was a 10/10.

Staff was spectacular even in a new environment. Unfortunately , I don’t think we will stay here again. Mattress was horrid but, I couldn’t sleep anyway from the road noise. Breakfast was better than average and honest…the staff is trying. Someone should pick up the poop from those guests whom think they are exempt from scooping in the dog walk area. If I sound bitter I’m not …just tired!
