Hotel Sorrente

The worst staff in the restaurant... Breakfast between 8 and 10 am More than 7 times go to breakfast at 8:30 am if breakfast is closed.Even once I went to breakfast at 9:00 and ordered only a cup of coffee, and they told me we closed the coffee machine, there is no way. The faces of the restaurant staff at breakfast make you feel they want to leave the restaurant quickly I do not recommend that you try breakfast at the restaurant/hotel.. One of the worst things I've ever seen.

Good sercice, good pool, good food and everything was super good. It had everything a family need

Hallways look great but our hotel room could do with a little furniture upgrade.

The staff and service were absolutely amazing. From Angie, Griss, and Cindy at reception to Rose, the owner, everyone treated us with warmth and kindness. The rooms were cozy, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every room has a balcony with a beautiful view. The food was exceptional—each night featured something special, and we even had the chance to try traditional Albanian dishes (seashells were an option too!). A special shoutout to the bar/hotel owner—he's an absolute KING! A really good man who knows his job inside and out. We had a wonderful time and felt completely taken care of. Big kisses to everyone! This experience was truly unforgettable—10/10!

I recently stayed at Sorrente Hotel and had a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, situated close to plenty beach bars and restaurants.The on-site dining options were top-notch, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes. Overall had a great time and can't wait to visit again.

Exceptional

It was close to the beach It says the staff talk English but do not understand you when you talk. We had a few problems as well

The hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly and nice. The owner was an amazing lady who was around all the time making sure everyone was feeling comfortable.The breakfast was really nice a had a variety of food. We loved it.the hotel has a lovely swimming pool and the bar next to it. The location is great. Walking distance to a lot of attractions around Definitely will go back there in the future. It would be great if it had a lift but is only 3 floors the building so not a problem for us to go up and down.

Sorrente Hotel is a mid range facility and seems to be a family run. (It is just my impression, can´t guarantee). It¨s an older building, newly refurbished and some more work should be done yet. Anyway, we approciate very cordial and helpful approach of the the management and all the staff. They resolved everything we asked for. Both breakfast and dinner are tasty Albanian cuisine, buffet style. Only the first two nights, out of nine, we had a served dinner because of a low number of guests. Coffee is excellent! The swimming pool is also a great asset. There are two grocery shops, just a few minutes walk from the hotel, so is a beautiful, long sandy beach. Other shops, restaurants, bars and lots of amusements you will find alle over the promenade.
