Girls on reception are wonderful!

Great location, close to the beach and to many restaurants, bars, stores. Very friendly staff, willing to solve any issues you may have. Great value for the money. The busy streets in front of the hotel.

The location was good and the staff very kind and helpful The AC did not work at our room so we had to change 2 other rooms.that made our first day messy.the other room had a bed smell and old AC although the size was good.but the price was too high for this hotel.overpriced

Its a beautiful location. Sun beds on the beach are not to close to each other so you have little more space then other hotels. Staff was sweet and ready to help with answering any question even if it wasnt hotel related(good restaurants, best locations in city…). Breakfast was delicious every day, view from the balcony was great. Prices in nearby stores were ridiculous(very expensive for Albania). I have nothing else bad to say about the property except the parking. It was almost always full and other costumes slammed their car doors all over mine. Just dont come to albania with a fancy car.

- the girls at the reception were very nice, with good English - strong performant AC (but old loud type) - the beach is nice and tidy, the sunbeds available - the area in general is very pleasant, plenty of dining/wining/cocktailing options on the promenade; including pharmacy and some supermarkets - the bed wasn't standard EU 2m length. If you're tall, you might not like it. I didn't. - the bathroom was tiny or not ideally organised (not every room has the same bathroom, you might be lucky) - to sit properly on WC, my left foot had to be in the shower cubicle. Shower cubicle tiny. The only mirror in the room over the sink can't be used to see at least bit more of yourself as you can't step away from it - there is a bidet right behind. There isn't mirror at the hallway at least either. - in general, I have very mixed feelings from this hotel's Booking.com presence: -- even at the time of writing this review it claims pool is temporarily closed. It was almost a deal-breaker for me, but then the beach front won over. To clarify, there is no pool directly at Blue Amr; guests are allowed to use the pool at the next-door Amr hotel and while not very big, it was very nice, refreshing and OPEN -- similarly with breakfast, they're served in Amr. While it is really close, it can be at least mentioned in the description. On the other hand, I am bit surprised with extremely positive reviews for the breakfasts at Amr, as I didn't feel the same. Vending machine coffee only (moreover very slow vending machine causing queues), even for their own all-inclusive guests, is a bad joke for a 4* hotel. I tried it just once and it wasn't worth it; I then rather simply bought coffee at the bar every day (that was good and cheap) -- after making reservation, I received a message detailing services like WiFi, parking etc. including, quote, "Beach bar from 15 May until 15 October ( 07:00 - 02:00 )" and "Daily housekeeping". So... there is no beach bar. Not even at Amr. Amr has a bar, but closes at 11. When we questioned that, arriving at midnight on 22.6., we were told "well, it is not season yet".
