The place was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff was super friendly, supportive and provided for great flexibility to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom had a proper shower with cabin (not always the case in Golem) and the windows had both blinds as well as thick curtains for absolutely no light to come through in the morning. I would always prioritize this place over every other in the region! The cleaning staff talking loudly in the hallways in the mornings was a bit disruptive. Other than that, the experience was more than excellent!

Words can not fully describe the excitement and satisfaction we got during our stay at ALvin Comfort Hotel. Starting from my first chat with the venue. The response was very impressive. The Manager I think his name is Elvis and the entire morning staff and evening staff and even the cleaners are wonderful people. We arrived very late and we were a bit apprehensive arriving at midnight to a country we don’t know, I chatted with the manager and he assured of complete safety and sent a driver to pick us from the airport. We did not have to wait for the driver at all, the driver was by the air port waiting for us. Our entire stay was enjoyable as the staff ensured we were comfortable and the kids felt so safe and happy. We visited a day before our son’s 14th birthday and I ask the manager to help us with a birthday cake which they did and this was amazing. The first receptionist I think her name is Alvin Kejsi she was ever so lovely and also the lad at the Resturant was so kind and polite. During breakfast we went down to the Resturant late and they still served us with so much to eat. On our return the Manager also ensured we go to the hotel safely. We were amazed at the wonderful service we received and I will recommend this hotel. The manager also has other hotel and I will definitely be patronising him again. The only thing I will say is that our TV in the room was not a smart TV so we could not have a movie night as family. Also the outdoor pool was not the best and kids did not use it ?however it was lovely being able to sit outside by the pool to take pictures.

Hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the beach and actually we have a room with the corner view of the sea. Every day the room was cleaned and the linens and towels were changed smelling fresh, snow-white. Friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and doing their best. We asked for change of balcony chair and it was immediately changed. We also used car rental reservations from the hotel and it was also very nice and reliable. Thank you very much :) In the nearby hotel if there is disco night that means that you will not sleep until midnight, but after that it is really quite. Was not an issue for us but worth taking earplugs just in case.

Two mint walk to the beach,They have their own beach chair.Breakfast was ok but if you stay more than 2 days you will get boared. Rooms are big. Bed is not very comfortable, pillow is hard. Bed and pillow not comfortable.

Everything was really nice. Super large bed and very confortable. very clean. One of the things a liked the most was the shower cabin... Many places I´ve been didn´t had one and it just make a mess. Nice complimentary water offered to guests. Kind recepcionist and very helpful. The breaksfast was also very nice with a nice room and a good variety of food and drinks. Some Tea or coffee as complimentary would be the cherry at the top of the cake. The car park worked fine but it´s literally by hotel door on the road, at busy times would be tricky to park. No issues for us.

Excellent location near to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel was immaculately clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The lighting in the bedroom was not great. The pool was more like a plunge pool. You’re not able to swim in it has it’s too small. Breakfast was adequate.

Perfect location for a short break in Durrës. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Good elevator. Big balconies. Breakfast was excellent (great coffee). Staff very friendly and helpful. We could check out a bit later without a cost. Would definitely stay here again! Pillows a bit hard and had probably seen better days. Otherwise we have absolutly nothing to complain about.

It was in a great location, extremely clean with comfortable bed and great shower. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, we had a late check out at no extra cost and the airport transport to and from was excellent. Would definitely stay again Nothing

Very pleasant hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. Super clean. Great noise insulation. Perfect location. Comfortable bed, quiet AC. It was a 5 minute walk to the wonderful restaurants along the beach. Lots of great bars in the street that the hotel is in. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and so much of it and the staff were all so lovely :)
