Wert bad hotel, bad and cold rooms. Not cleaned. I will never seen hotel bad like this.

Only the location. They sent us to another hotel saying this is what you booked and even that in our booking was written the hotel name and we asked to talk to manager they ignore our request and sent us to another hotel near Bonita. We had to walk outside to use the spa area and reataurant and loby. We disnt have a phone in our room so when the internet wasnt working we had to go outside by walk and reach their reception in Bonita to adress our problem with internet. Worst servise ever.

Cleaning. They don't clean rooms regularly and cleaning stuff was unprofessional. They scream to their colleagues, forgetting that they are working in a hotel and people use to sleep late.
