Breakfast was good and on time that was even when we checked out it was ready before the taxi picked us up. The staffs especially Were Erika, Bleon and Hussein were so accommodating as they spoke politely and they listened with patience. They kept asking us whenever they see how our day been. If I had my own hotel I would love to have those three stuffs over and over to manage my hotel Yes some Staffs were rude but it didn’t bother me coz I already had the three best that already in good moods all the time

The beach area was 3/5, with free beachbeds, but with LOADS of garbage and cigarette butts in the sand. But at least you can bring your own snacks and drinks. This hotel is LIGHT-YEARS away from being a 4 start hotel. Arriving at reception is completely empty with no signs, and no one in sight. I had to ask the nice gentleman in the parking lot for help. He told me I had to check in in the closeby hotel. The receptionist is not friendly at all, and a bit of a smart mouth. She failed to give me the wifi password or give any details about the territory at all. There were no towels in the room, and the shower was without a curtain, or glass door, so you can imagine the wet chaos after using it. Guests were clearly smoking in their rooms, and the smell lingered and transfered to the rooms. Breakfast was chaotic. Loads of people literally running to get fed. The staff was alright, but a little too much in a rush to pick up even when you're not done eating. Also, the lights were turning on and off the whole hour i was there.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was amazing, very friendly people and helpful. Location is perfect. Overall is very nice plac to spend your vacation in Golem.

We stayed there for one night. For some reasons our room was upgraded to the other hotel the company had. Staff was extremely friendly, room was cleaned and the food perfect. The Avra ala carte restaurant was more than excellent. I would recommend it.
