Modern rooms and excellent location with great staff

Our room was very clean and had amenities like a desk and a nice comfortable sofa. It also had an electric kettle so we could make coffee or tea. As soon as we entered our room, we called guest services to bring us slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. But after a day and several calls to the reception, we were able to get slippers and toothbrushes from the hotel. The hotel pool was not of good quality and I quickly got out of the pool after entering.

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, nice view, professional staff, clear communication. Perfect choice if you want to spend a more luxurious night in Dushanbe. We were asked to pay 30$ for a one-way ride from the airport to the hotel (which takes less than 5 minutes), which is slightly outrageous.

Location and staff The windows was not sealed enough so the room was cold a bit.

The service was poor we must wait 2hours just for 1 bottle of water but the most thing ,even one slipper weren't in room,any toothpaste, toothbrush, bathrobe...any even mini bar

The people (staff) were super nice and couldnt have been more helpful, from an early check in to sorting out my taxi to the airport, the staff including the cleaning team couldnt have been nicer. The staff at breakfast were also very helpful and were very nice.

Is quietly good hotel. It is clean and comfortable. in Dushanbe it is hard to find clean hotel, so this one is surely good. A little expensive for Dushanbe, but better pay more than to stay in bad hotel

The helpful staff and the Azia restaurant The price of the shuttle to the airport is way too overpriced. A regular taxi costs 10 somoni. In addition, there was no indication that the price of 18 USD is for one person. And to pay for 2 people in the same car the amount of 36 USD is indeed outrageous. In addition, we were not warned that the cost of 18 is per person. You definitely need to check into this. It spoiled our very good impressions at the end of the stay.
