Our stay at The Rumi Hotel & Residences was absolutely fabulous from start to finish! Just as other recent guests have noted, the hotel feels incredibly state-of-the-art, modern, and perfectly clean. The rooms are wonderfully spacious, well-lit, and very quiet, making it a comfortable oasis in the center of the city. We also loved the fantastic amenities, including the top-quality gym, pool facilities, and the wonderful touch of 24-hour complimentary tea, coffee, and refreshments available in the lobby. The free airport transfer was incredibly convenient and handled flawlessly. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the next-level hospitality. The entire team makes you feel right at home, but a special shoutout must go to the amazing morning dining team. The breakfast staff were nothing short of spectacular when it came to customer service! Jumabek, Thamena, and Ramzia went completely above and beyond to make every single morning memorable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care provided the absolute best start to our days. Absolutely nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tajikistan!

The staff was great! The Room was spacious and perfect for us. The pool was too cold to even go in.

I liked swimming pool. Big and comfortable rooms. All facilities were provided. No such thing.

The Rumi is a superb hotel in all aspects. Wonderful breakfast, delightful swimming pool/sauna, comfortable room and top notch staff. I appreciate the free ride to the airport but our driver got cut-off from another driver and he proceeded to take vengence and got into a crazy cat and mouse chase where I, the passenger, was hanging on for dear life! wow

The suite was roomy and the furniture was in good condition (1) On arrival there was no electricity in that suite and I was told that it occurred in one other room but they could not do anything about it at that time. This problem occurred intermittently from 11PM until until 3AM over the next five days; (2) My suite was not cleaned well and on the next to last day there was no cleaning service; (3) I asked for a driver to the airport one day ahead of time and they lost my request. I had to wait 20 minutes for the driver after they phoned him; (4)the food was of limited choices; (5) one of the laundry people accidentally inked my shirt collar after it being washed; and (6) the wait staff including the front desk had limited English speaking/comprehension abilities.

I like the lobby’s and my room’s decor. I loved that they provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. And the breakfast is good. I like that the TV had the BBC News in English. Just a comment: The guy making omelettes needs to learn how to make two or three omelettes at the same time plus he needs to prep the vegetables earlier in the morning before the breakfast buffet opens. He was chopping tomatoes and other vegetables per omelette!

Love my room, spacious, friendly staff, and five free laundry pieces...fantastic location...next to a Delicious Turkish rest, plaza, stores, etc They must prevent guests from using dirty/used plates to return to the buffet, as this is unsanitary and unhealthy. Breakfast selection and presentation must be improved

Early check-in fee was high. Front desk reception ladies sometimes unhelpful, too much time playing on phones.

There was a lot visitors and sometimes it was challenging for service to manage it, especially during serving breakfast.

The location for walking around town was great. The staff was accomodating and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice and met out needs. We booked a double room and the room had one towel and one wash cloth and one bathrobe. For a double it should have at least had two of each. We stayed twice within the same week and it happened both times. Also the refrigerator would NOT get cold either time. I could not get my water cold - the fridge was lukewarm.

Nice room, very friendly staff, outstanding breakfast and food and coffee always available. Nice amenities like a gym available. Very clean and comfortable!! We were supposed to have a suite and got put in a double and there was only one towel but clearly two people. We had to ask for extra towels which they delivered. The Wifi also kept cutting out and didn't stay connected.

We were asked to leave the hotel for one night. We were at dark as why? Hotel did their best to compensate but it was an inconvenience and we did not know why. It was good
