I mean it is really old hotel. It was a bit uncared and unclean. And too expensive 40 Dolar per night ? We found a used wine glass in our room. All the furniture was broken.

Location Breakfast

Location Place is run down, door wasn’t closing and opening properly and from the looks of it, must have been a long time since it was broken, shower doors weren’t closing, shower was broken, AC was broken, TV didn’t work, washroom walls were damaged.

Great huge rooms, delicious breakfast, friendly staff and location in the very center

Location is great. And very spacious rooms. Huge breakfast (: Everything is old. Only 2 sockets for the room.

Wi-fi didn’t work often

Massive rooms in the heart of Dushanbe. The location doesn't get better. You're in the heart of the city but on a very quiet side street with no traffic / noise. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The breakfast is quite good! It's an old building so there aren't too many outlets in the room. In fact, not enough for the TV to really work. I stayed in two rooms. In the second room, the shower pod was showing its age and the showerhead was broken so a stream of water like a kitchen faucet was coming out the top.

Closest hotel to the city center Little bit old

Hotel SARVAR is a true gem in Dushanbe. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the location is perfect—close to the city yet quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dushanbe. Nothing to say

The property is slightly aging but the staff is absolutely incredible! They went out of their way to help and accommodate. I highly recommend this place. No elevator and a little wear ... but an exceptional value for the money especially with such a great staff.
-
Location it is in center and near to many shops and places to visit There is no lift or elevator as you need to climb 3 floors to get to the room. There is no Tea provided in room

People were very friendly , thank you for help

This Hotel has a great potential. Location is good; room is big, furniture is good.... but there are many small things that should be improved. Like: there is no safe in room although it is advertised. There are small things that should be repaired like Toilet seat is broken, Towel hunger is failing out of the wall, water is draining very slow....

Location. Just perfect. It took me close to an hour to locate it. Definitely an issue there, as other travelers have reported the same problem. Use the Booking’s location on map feature, don’t input the address on Google Maps, it will lead you about a kilometer away from the hotel. Also, not that I really cared, but there was one lone electricity outlet in the room. Watching TV is definitely not an option. All cables were jumbled up and disconnected on the floor.

The location is excellent, absolutely in the centre. Staff is super friendly and nice, and also the breakfast was good. I think we got the worse room in downstairs. It was basically falling apart. The shower cabin almost collapsed and we could not lock our room. When we asked help from the receptionist guy, he broke the key into the locker (however they fixed it quickly). The wi-fi didn’t work at all. If you want to stay in this hotel, ask a room from one of the floors, but not on downstairs.

Friendly staffs and helpful The toilet needs fixing. It says toiletress provided like soap, shampoo yet its nowhere to be found. Hairdryer is not functional. The slippers are worn out, it shows its been use by previous guests. It has not been change for every guest. Television is not working too.The lights are not all functioning. Some bulbs are busted. The floor where our room is located is dark. It has no light just the reflection from the lower floor. The floor carpet is worn out, if one is not careful you might trip off, loose your balance. Laundry are hang in the balcony/outside of the room. The first ever hotel I encountered in my entire life that do this. Only a couple of people is running the hotel. I've seen 4 staffs only in our stay. However all staffs are helpful. They tried to help whatever requests you have. Breakfast is okay. Nothing special. Although we had a quite experience with it. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am. We came almost 10.. We were reminded, yes not only once.Upon going to the dining and while we are eating. For us once is enough, we are educated decent, and civilized people. Yet it feels like we are treated with rudeness. But apology were asked from us afterwards. The following days we did not take breakfast there anymore. This is a budget/cheap hotel so don"t expect alot. Location is excellent. Sights are nearby.
