Location is very good. We could walk to most of sightseeing spots. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was a bit hoarding but still good enough. There are many eating places around the hotel. The room was a bit too dark.

Beds were clean, but floors had lots of hair. Other travelers in my group with other rooms had no AC when the temp was 105.

Friendly and attentive staff, available around the clock. Excellent room and impeccably clean. Breakfast had very generous selection of food options, fantastic coffee and convenient hours. Location is very central and convenient. Also just a short drive from the airport! Loved the hotel.

This hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. There were lots of shops and restaurants in close proximity. The staff was amiable and helpful. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff was attentive. The free airport shuttle was a nice bonus. The breakfast was fine. I would have liked other coffee choices. There were not very many fresh fruits.

Good location, nice rooms. Very friendly super helpful staff with good English language skills. We had some issues with registration and the hotel manager went out of his way to help. Rooms are a bit dark.

Location was good and the place is reasonably priced. Free airport transfer My room was on the street side and quite noisy. Cleaning is very superficial and takes max 1-2 min

Big rooms, all necessary stuff in the room, receptionists are always kind, free airport delivery No introduction regarding breakfast possibilities (only on the end of my trip I understood that hot dishes are available for breakfast), I feelt cigarette's smell in my room for all week, bot no one smokes

location was great. the room was clean breakfast was very basic, the carpets in the restaurant were dirty, the chairs were old; in general the restaurant needs renovations. I was not picked up at the airport, of course they paid for my taxi.

Friendly staff who spoke good English. Large room, with large comfortable bed. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Nice location, walking distance to city, with supermarket and restaurants all close by. I was told that I could pay by card at checkout, however when I checked out I was told only cash (so then needed to go to an ATM). Double check what they charge, as they tried to overcharge me $40 compared to my booking.com conformation. WiFi, totally unusable, connection frequently dropped and when working the speed was well below 1 Mbps.
