Just Dushanbe Gate was closed, my family and I were waiting almost 1 hour for some one open the door, our rooms was not available, no breakfast against what ever booking.com claimed, dirty room and carpets, .... It has destroyed our trip mode in very first hours in Dushanbe

When I first entered the room, it was so smelly, like very very smelly, so they cleaned it. Then i stayed as usual, observed, and it was the dirtiest place I have stayed in my whole Central Asia trip. Not gonna lie. The toilet has molds and yellowish discoloration, sometimes there’s a stinging smell coming from I dont know where. The cost of the rooms are expensive to what you will get. And not to mention my whole experience in Tajikistan is fcked up.

We had 20days of central Asian family trip ( 5 members ) , we never face any hotel like this . While check in he make issues , he want to give one room instead of two room which we booked , after fight we get our rights . The room is not clean . Especially the toilet . There was many used soap and dirty from the previous gust . The breakfast include in our booking and they don’t want give . After fight one day they give 10 : 30 am just a bread and boiled egg with very few meet slice no coffee , no sugar. You can make black tea . But not provide sugar . . , second day we don’t ask . We did by our self , he send message he can arrange only 9 am . He did arrange one vehicle to Tashkent border . It was another big issues . No clean . Not full fill the booking

Cheap. One of the staff spoke good English The toilets were filthy. I stayed in the dorms. The other guests were all refugees or locals - no tourists. They cooked in the room, couldn't speak English, and were rude. They smoked right outside the door, but management did not stop them. The manager told me I needed to register with OVIR and wanted 100c to write a letter for that, but I did not have to register (I checked with OVIR and I have now left the country with no issues)

It was clean. Staff a bit grumpy. They did some laundry for me,but left it in a basket overnight wet. The next day, all my clothes were smelling damp. They would not accept card payment, but had a machine.

Very good and helpful staff. The inner garden is very nice.

No window in the room, air conditioner is constantly rattling. Breakfast is just two boiled eggs with some bread. Water is not available 100% of the time

Amazing host, he helped us make an alternative route for bicycle through the mountains instead of the highway. Amazing food, and plenty. Very clean facilities and real mattress All was great

When I said I was unhappy with the room, I was transferred to a much better room, although it had a shared bathroom. The staff did their best to be helpful and accommodating. The courtyard would be enjoyable during the summer. The rooms had new, translucent glass in the doors so it was constantly light throughout the night. There is an obvious difference between two sections of the hostel. Breakfast was very simple (not necessarily a problem) but serving time was erratic.
