Most hospitable staff. It is a home. Help all times. no issues. no dramas. Towel, shampoo and soap included. Good service. The lower kitchen needs cleaning.

The beds had privacy curtains, hot showers, complimentary breakfast was ok, staff very accommodating, mostly quiet with just a few issues one night, Laundry services and filtered water. Breakfast lacked diversity- some fresh fruit would have been nice and porridge. It is a hostel and how clean it is kept is also a function of the tenants. The long-term tenants seemed messy and cluttered up the room. Due to construction, access is not easy.

    No complaints.

The property seems a bit old, but good value if you are on a budget. the road that google map shows you leading to the property is under construction. As it is located in a local residential neighborhood, car drivers have a hard time locating the spot

a bit off the road (but still close enough to the city center to walk). Wifi wasn’t working consistently while I was there.

    Not too clean.

The dorm was clean and well equipped. The owner was nice and spoke basic English A little bit far for the city center (like all hostels I think). Not a backpacker hostels (40ish men were the main clients)

The hosts were amazing and welcoming! They made me feel so welcome that I extended my stay by two days. They will make you feel at home in a true Central Asian fashion; it was my favorite hostel during my month-long trip in the region. You will meet other travellers too which is great to plan excursions!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Met many interesting travelers also. The breakfast was great. Some of the bathrooms are not always close to the rooms and a few need extensive renovation.

The actual city hostel was full so they moved us down the road to a new hostel that's just been built. We weren't sure about this at first but it was pretty comfortable and we had a nice room with a private bathroom, plenty of space and a desk to work at. The staff helped us with ordering some food when we were tired after hiking, which we really appreciated. Decent breakfast, with eggs, bread, fruit and some savoury and sweet snacks. Even though we were moved somewhere else we still met several other travellers and it was quite a social space. The first morning when we came down to breakfast we had to wait for about 20 minutes for the host to come to help and there weren't any clean cups, plates or cutlery. Some of the help from the staff was a bit unhelpful - for example one staff member recommended a place owned by his friend that he said served vegetarian food and offered to call her to book us a table. When we went there later we sat down only to find that they didn't serve anything vegetarian. I would rather have not been recommended anywhere at all and be left to work it out for myself! The host's family lives in the hostel with their toddler and baby. They are cute but run around a lot and are noisy early in the morning and quite late at night, and the sound echoes a lot. It feels a lot more like a guesthouse than a hostel. There is still plastic wrap on the mattresses, I think to protect them but the crinkling in the night is a bit weird.

    Very good

Really nice staff, breakfast was fine. It's not in the centre, but not far either. Bathroom was dirty during my entire stay, bed quite uncomfortable. Although there were some tourists there, I had a feeling that most of the people live in the hostel.

People were good No exhaust fan in the washroom and it smelled in the room as a reason
