When we got to the room we noticed the bedsheets weren’t right on the bed or tucked. After looking there was hair and dirt in the bed. The toiletries or rags/towels weren’t stocked. The toilet had unflushed paper in it and was unclean So at about midnight since this was the only room available ended up cleaning it, stripping all of the sheets…very clearly the room wasn’t cleaned. The only reason I didn’t rate the day as low as possible is the poor gal at the front desk that had to deal with the overbooking was very nice.

Overall, not a bad place to stay! Very close to the outlet, conveniently in Eagan which wasn't too far from where we wanted to shop, well-maintained, etc. However, there was a random power outage that did disrupt our comfort during our stay, and it would've been more stressful if it wasn't addressed any sooner as we were preparing for a concert that same day. Other than that, I would still consider this place again!

The ice machines. Only on third floor. 1st floor wasn't working. No towels in the pool. The in room fridge did not get cold. Sunday breakfast ended/out of food early. Cleaning up at 9:30. There was a smell on the 4th floor and 1st floor

The hotel is in a great area, close to everything. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazing, especially the overnight front desk. She helped me out with securing food after a concert. She didn’t not have to help but told me where to order food from and get it delivered. Which I did, she saved me because after that concert I was STARVING!
