Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Eagan

One of our rooms was in disrepair. The curtain had a huge tear in it, like it had disintegrated from sunlight. And the door was jammed, we could hardly open and close it. Another room had a spill on a curtain and toothpaste on the woodwork. The curtain in that room had issues as well. The people working there were very nice and gave us some breakfast vouchers for the issue with the curtain and door.

We had a nice stay, just a poor located room, next to pool equipment room. Had constant noise from that room next door and a loud noise of something starting up in that room every 20-30 min. Also, mirror light didn’t work, so poor lighting in bathroom. Outside of this, grounds were nice and amenities (pool, hot tub, and EV charging) was welcomed.

Very Good. Room was too far from elevator. Forgot to request room near elevator.

The room was not clean. The curtains were tattered. There was a terrible smell in the room. The furniture was beat up and not well kept.

Quite, clean accommodating. It was a little hard to see the hotel from the Main Street - Cliff Rd.

The staff, specifically the blonde lady who worked 5/23 pm shift! The beds were hard, my room was on an angle so the toilet lid would fall over, the shower door wouldn’t stay open, no doors.. the breakfast idea needs to be changed… if im being charged already no need to charge my room every time.

Nice clean room, nice clean hotel, excellent front desk staff and awesome driver for airport,…{she was so sweet and interesting to chat with!} Will stay again, as we always choose them for park and fly ❤️
