Bucuti & Tari is a fantastic place if your goal is to relax. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the beaches are gorgeous, the spa was excellent and a great value and of course, their included breakfast is one of the highlights of the place (delicious and decadent). Also really cool that they have free laundry (I love washing my clothes and packing clean clothes at the end of the trip). If your goal is to enjoy a relaxed vacation on the beach, this is your place. I was just sad I missed the afternoon mocktail class because it was fully booked up really quickly (space was limited to 10 people I believe). It would have been nice to have more afternoon activities to participate in during our stay that weren't super early in the morning. That said we had fun interacting with other guests at the bar watching the World Cup.

Everything, the entire concierge team was wonderful but Nora stood out from the arriving champagne to the final goodbyes we have already booked for next year to go back. The personal details were the best it was my wife’s birthday and there was a champagne and chews board waiting in our room. I can’t say anything more all around fabulous place and people No complaints

We absolutely loved every aspect of this gorgeous and luxurious resort. We have been to many islands and this resort tops all of them. The staff is exceptional and the food exquisite The shower is antiquated. They need hand held detachable shower heads

The three hour nightmare of getting back through Aruban Customs at airport was horrific and absolutely exhausting. No staff, no services, no seating and no information. Checkers were rude, inhospitable and provided no information. Made many of the hundreds of people waiting with us miss their flights home due to the length of the process. Completely unacceptable in modern day travel.

Great room with an amazing view of the beach and the sunset. The property is beautiful and staff is very helpful. Breakfast selection is great, but not too varied (complaining on a very high level here). If you are not from the US, the constant "reminders" to tip (verbal or non-verbal) can be a bit much. It certainly was for us.

Pristine condition and beautiful grounds with an amazing view and direct access to Eagle Beach. Not one thing

The Beach was perfect, large expanse of white sand with refreshing clear blue waters. Very clean. Nice cooling breeze, though rather strong at times. The breakfast staff were very friendly. The hotel seems very dated. The reception area doesn't leave a great impression. Some of the staff there were grumpy. Our room is dated. For the price we paid we were bewildered as to why the rooms haven't been modernised. The breakfast had a lack of choice and was the same every day. Prices all very high, a bottle of Corona is 9 dollars. For the price of the room we expected Maldives standard of accommodation but it was no where near. The food in the restaurant, similar to the rest of Aruba was dry and bland. The bed is also way too soft.
