My husband has knee issues and we needed a ground floor room. Instead we were on the 2nd floor 2513. He had a long walk to get anywhere. He said if this was the case in the future, we would not stay here. Also, requested a toaster. It never showed up.

Very affordable. Easy 5 min walk to beautiful Eagle Beach. Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of room. Cleaned and fresh towels daily. Free beach chairs and towels. Would stay there again!! Nothing

The pool areas and landscaping was kept exceptionally clean daily Location to beach was good There should be a warning on the faucets in the guest rooms Several times nearly got scalded with hot water tap It appears that the temperature gauge on these faucets is higher than 120° F Additionally, if the Palayas had some type of cut outs for holding drink glasses Due to the windy climate, several of our drinks got blown over/ spilled whenever a gust of wind would happen

All units are updated, pools are clean and there are chairs available at the pool. Everyone at the resort was very nice and accommodating. The biggest issue with this resort is the situation with the beach chairs. The first come first serve approach doesn’t work, the people at the beach told we to show up at 5 am if I wanted chairs. We are on vacation, no one wants to get up at that time. I ended renting chairs and umbrella every time we went to the beach. You really should have a reservation system that allows customers to get beach seats, this is Aruba we are there for the beach!

Too limit tv station

Great spot for families. We had a ground floor apartment with patio that was right by the pool so it was easy to switch between the room and pool area. Also great to have a kitchen and seating area. They also offered to bring us down to the beach with a golf cart which is great for families or travelers who are not mobile. Also great happy hour and daily activities! Kitchen and sitting area could use some updates, but it did everything we needed. Just showed some wear and tear.

Very friendly and helpful staff, facilities and pools Food at papa John’s

The hotel seemed to be having an issue with their hot water. Our unit had no hot water the entire stay and no running water, hot or cold, in the shower. We were unable to shower. Our unit wasn’t the only affected unit.

Drinks Humidity on rooms

Room was a nice size and bathroom was updated Not much in amenities in your room. Long ck in and out line Needs more decent food places, always ran out of chairs on the beach, housekeeping never gave right amount of towels and sometimes did not make up the room.

Quite noisy up to 7pm

Breakfast could be organised better. Paying with booking is not worth it. Better to pay cash at the restaurant ( that is outside the resort)
-
Customer service is bed

Pools are very nice but cold Toiletries were terrible, mold on lamp shade, no dishwasher, a little outdated

Location The rooms blinds do nothing to keep out sun, we ended up jerry rigging a comforter over the window, so we could tamper the amount of light coming in. The beds also were uncomfortable. Unless you could get to beach before the sun came up, you were not getting a covered or shaded spot. We ended up paying for an umbrella at 35 dollars per day our entire stay.
