Easy to find and quiet location; very clean and well-maintained property; check-in and check-out were very smooth. Has become my go-to for every time I stay in Sioux Falls!

Great hotel, top floor! Clean, quiet. Would return for sure.

I’m very particular about hotels we stay in, and we’ve stayed in lots of hotels, as we like to travel a lot with our kids. We have been doing a cross country road trip and have stayed in many hotels along the way that have truly been “exceptional”. We booked this hotel based off of the ratings, and honestly, I’m not sure why it has such high ratings. I would not categorize this hotel as “exceptional” at all. It was a pretty standard and basic hotel. The room we stayed in was small and a bit cramped. We had our two young kids with us. They liked the pool, but other than that, everything else was pretty basic. We were placed in a room right by the elevators and could hear everything, even people getting ice from the ice machine. The bathroom had no ventilation/fan, and the water pressure from the shower was pretty low. Breakfast was mediocre at best and not a lot of variety or options. It did the job and provided a place to sleep, but that’s about it. Cleanliness was okay in our room, but nothing superb. Definitely not “exceptional” like it’s rated.

THE BEST Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at! Clean, comfortable, super friendly staff. Everything was easily accessible! Great location.

Everything was great! I loved it

It is a decent place but if i visit Sioux Falls again I’d stay somewhere else. Main reasons rooms have slightly unpleasant smell, far from everything, and the night we stayed our windows were hissing and bending in from strong winds outside. Moved once to a room on the same side of the building same problem. Eventually moved to a room on the opposite side.

Very clean and modern hotel. Got in late and left early just one night but what we can see was great!

Off the beaten path but in a good way. Don’t count on getting food nearby if it’s late but the hotel is great.

Exceptional

Front desk staff had no customer service skills and looked like they didnt want to be there. Houskeeping had left towels in the restroom on the hook behind the door from the previous people that were staying in the room, sheets were dirty on the sides and you have to ask for housekeeping services. Breakfast is the same everyday- eggs, sausage, bacon, toast and cereal.
