I like that you still have toilets that are normal height. Many places are changing to stools that are lower. These lower toilets provide significant issues for people who have knee and hip pain.

We didn’t realize you have to park away from the hotel in the airport parking lot and pay for parking. The room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel. Breakfast was not as expected, not toaster for bagel. There were bagels, fruit and yogurt offered. No protein. Bathroom door didn’t shut/slide closed. Toilet was as loud as an airplane toilet. That being said, bed and pillows were comfortable and shower was great.

Room didn’t seem to have been vacuumed. Food on the floor. Coffee maker didn’t work. Out of tissues and toilet paper. No parking for guests. Had to use airport parking and pay
